This custom work required a large siding brake and a good amount of skill. Not only was he able to come out in just a few days, he did the work fast, with high quality and for a good price! They came out to inspect and provided an estimate. But they could not do the work, because of the cold weather. I get that. The siding would have snapped. Tim was always in touch regarding what was going on with the program. There were two scheduled siding repairs that were canceled, because the weather changed. When the temp got into the 40s, they came and completed the repair in less than a day, and did a stupendous job. However, in their inspection, they found my chimney in disrepair: in need of rebuilding or tuckpointing. Again, Tim kept in touch on the brick specialty guys and their ability to work the chimney repairs related to the weather. The brick specialty guys had to wait for the weather to warm up, yet again, and for it to quit raining. They came this morning ~9:39 and finished up just before 3 p.m. Four guys. Scaffolding four-stories tall. EGADS! I stayed inside. They did a great job and were so kindly. Everybody was so kind, and I did so appreciate updates from Tim on dates, times and temperatures.

Our insurance recommended Rosa for the repair. Scott Rosa came to assess the situation the very next day. He even noticed some areas and issues where our water mitigation contractor had slacked, and made suggestions to (hopefully) prevent any frozen pipes in that area in the future. Because there were so many frozen pipes and other issues with the cold weather, it was just over a month before they could get us scheduled. However, they were worth the wait as they went above and beyond in repairing our laundry room and basement to as good as new (and better than before). I would choose them again, with or without an insurance claim.
