I definitely recommend Fernando and Stonebridge Roofing. They did an amazing job putting up the siding on my house. Fernando is extremely helpful and communicates throughout the whole process. I would recommend Stonebridge to everyone! read more

UPDATE - Oct 1, 2026: It's been three months since Stonebridge completed my roofing and siding work. Now the j-channel and siding along several roof-to-wall intersections are significantly warping, buckling, and pulling away from the house. It's doing this on the front and back slopes of my home where the j-channel meets the shingles (see the additional photos I posted). My original review documents all the problems I had working with Stonebridge over the 7-months it took them to finish my project. Three months after the finish date, I'm now having more issues from the work they did. If you want your roof/siding job to go smoothly, be managed properly, and be installed correctly the first time, I highly recommend you look to another company. Although I appreciate Stonebridge standing behind their work, I do not recommend using them due to the poor installation and project management issues I've experienced working with them. read more

Will not do business with this company again. The company charges a process fee on a Visa debit card transaction due to the payment system they use. I can understand a credit card processing fee, but a process fee on a debit card transaction is just wrong. The rep. I worked with stated he will call and have the fee waived, then have the office contact me to complete payment. I waited 1 week, was not contacted, so I called to pay the invoice to discovered no such conversation was ever had, and reluctantly paid the fee. Materials were left in my front yard, I had to call the rep. to have them picked up about a week after the job was completed. I was also never told the job was completed, I had to call my rep. to confirm, the only clue I had was the left over materials laying in my front yard. Do better. I will be sharing my experience to anyone who asks. read more

I cannot speak on there quality of work I'm sure they're great. However I scheduled them to come out and give a quote. 1. They no showed no response until 2 days later. 2.When I called that day to confirm 2hrs past time, someone answered didn't respond then I proceeded to explain my situation and to check and make sure I'm not wrong with my times. The response I got back was "I'm great thanks for asking." I have not got an estimate and don't plan on having them out anymore. read more

I recommend Stonebridge Roofing! Their team is always responsive, professional, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to cleaning my gutters. Great service, excellent communication, and quality work I would definitely use them again. read more

Stonebridge gave me a great experience after dealing with another roofing company. Fernando did a great job working with the insurance company to get me fair coverage. He also walked me through all of the options and helped us make the right choices for our needs. Highly recommend! read more

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a contractor. They hire the lowest cost Hispanic crews to do their work who have absolutely no knowledge or skill to perform the jobs with any form of basic workmanship. Mistake after mistake redo after redo. No supervision, no communication. They show up without warning and destroy more than they repair or replace. read more

Try a follow-up on the automated replies, don't make me chase you down to give you money. Finally got thru and scheduled out an appointment AFTER confirming it was going to be worth it to them (minimum cost). Ended up canceling the appointment and went with someone else that appreciated the work. Didn't feel comfortable even trying with this company. read more

Prompt and courteous. Luke surveyed our roof after hail damage. We had to replace and relocate some gutters and downspouts. Within a few days the job was started and finished within about an hour by a group of three guys, incredibly skilled in their trade. I highly recommend Stonebridge Roofing without reservation. read more

WONDERFUL! Stonebridge delivered as promised all through the roof replacement process. They kept us informed along the way and we never had to "chase" them to find out what was going on. The quality of the work was excellent. As a matter of fact, when a team inspector came to look at the job after the roof was finished, he saw something he didn't like and team come back and make the correction. I highly recommend Stonebridge to anyone who needs a new roof. read more

10-star service! -full roof replacement by Stonebridge in Sept 2024: 1. The owner whom I met while walking the block responded to my request for bid immediately and all follow up was quick, thorough, transparent and personal. He responded that very day. They communicated by text, email and phone and I could choose what worked best for me in any given exchange. It is so easy to get business done when a company uses all the tech available to them to reach their clients. I work full time and do not have the time to deal with any Mickey-Mouse operation who doesn't text or use other forms of communication, or takes forever to respond in 2024. 2. They are local, so I trusted them more. I was worried about shady contractors, so I liked that they had a local business address and staff who answer a phone, email paperwork etc. They also worked within what my insurance budget. Everything from the bid to the bill was above board, not shady! 3. The crew were the most hardworking I have ever seen. And, it was so hot that week! ‍They cleaned up after each session and were professional, polite and most of all very kind people. They kept their work contained in my yard and parked properly near my house in the street. They didn't encroach upon the neighbors' property. I received no calls or complaints. They kept all their equipment in order and they were not in our way. They parked their own dumpster to toss the old roof, and someone even came quietly after dark to retrieve it. There was no evidence of their trash, not a speck - impressive! 4. When it came time for me to pay, they offered to pick up the check personally because I was worried about mailing it. What service!!! I am a big fan! I highly recommend this company because they are easy to do business with and their builders are upstanding people. CALL THEM FOR A ROOF!!! read more

If you have endless time, like being put off over and over then this is your place. Poor communication, lack of interest in acquiring any new business. Extremely unorganized as well. read more

Had them do a few projects for me. I don't have the time nor energy to get into every detail of what went wrong because I could write a book on all the nonsense I had to deal with from them. Long story short they get the work done but it takes waaaayyy longer to get it done than they lead you to believe.Communication is ABYSMAL! Their clean up after the work is done is even worse. Leaving glass everywhere in my house for anyone to step on when they replaced a window (one of many projects I had them take care of). I got more than enough apologies from them after mistake after mistake after mistake after lack of communication, but never anyone actually fixing the problem or them doing better. I couldn't in good conscience recommend them to anyone. Again they get the work done but that's the only positive thing I have to say about them. Other than that good luck if you decide to go with them. You'll see why you should have taken heed of this review warning. read more

Hired this company to replace our vinyl siding. We are satisfied with the end result, but there are several things that lead to this less-than-stellar review. The communication and follow up was fantastic.. until you sign the contract. Then, like most contractors, it's on you to follow up with them for any information. For example, we were told we'd be called when materials would be dropped off... and again when the job was scheduled. Nope... they just show up without warning, so you better be ready at any time. Also READ YOUR ENTIRE CONTRACT CAREFULLY after any change or edit is made. Our salesperson removed a line item without our knowledge or consent, and tried to pass it off like it wasn't a bad business practice. We wrote the company to make them aware and request resolution, and there was no response other than the salesperson calling with excuses. read more

We worked briefly with Stonebridge when assessing the condition of our roof. While we ultimately went with a different company, we were impressed by Fernando's availability and responsiveness. He assisted us in getting an inspection from our insurance, and met them on site so they could look at the roof together. He also answered our questions about coding regulations. While I can't comment on quality of work, we would give five stars for availability and going above and beyond. Thanks! read more

BEWARE of this Company and Michael J.. His only concern is sales & commission. Left 6,000 lbs of materials in one small spot on my roof for days. I called & said I heard cracking & popping & he ignored me. Fast forward 4 days later & his company had to come at midnight to move all the materials from that one spot. Michael J. stood in my living room with his associates and the supply company, looked me in my eyes, and said: "if your roof falls in over the weekend, don't call me, call him" (on camera)! WTH, your company hired them, and I told you something was wrong. I had to hire a structural engineer, come to find out they caused major damage. Michael J told me NOT to tell my insurance company (caught on camera), told me to get my own engineer because Roof Depot (the supply co) wasn't trustworthy (caught on audio), also tried to get me to sign a waiver so his company who I have the contract with wouldn't be liable - that's not how things go. Offered me $1k to sign when they've caused over $43k in damages. If you know me, you know my last review on Yelp was in early October. Right when I started dealing with the damage they caused and this mess. This two-day project started in Oct 2019 and we are in a whole new year. I've only been in St. Louis to deal with my Mothers passing and handle her home and they have made this hurtful time 1,000 times harder for me. It's affecting my health (mentally and physically) and has substantially affected my pockets via having to hire other professionals and losing time away from work because I have had to be in St, Louis to deal with their mess + I can't sell the home now due to the damage they have caused. Liars, sneaky, immoral, untrustworthy - DON'T DO IT. This company/Michael J has NO integrity and only uses seasonal Mexican workers & it doesn't appear they treat them well either. He wants me to be quiet but I won't, not until they do right. From all these inflated 5-star reviews - it looks like they try and silence others who won't give them a perfect rating. Another example of his level of dishonesty - deplorable, immoral, sneaky, dishonest, disgusting - karma is real, and God doesn't like ugly. Tell everyone you know to stay far, FAR away from these unscrupulous scoundrels and NEVER trust all 5 stars ( at present, he is trying to pay me to remove mine meanwhile ignoring my lawyers and trying to evade his responsibility). read more

Stonebridge Roofing - Roofing Near Me - Weldon Spring, Missouri

Big thanks to Matt Stevens for the advice and getting us squared away - much appreciated!

When it started raining in my kitchen last weekend, Stonebridge Roofing was quick to respond to my cry for help. Fernando offered a fair quote and good customer service. They were able to get a team out within a few days to replace the hood vent, water damaged wood, and shingles and advise on other repairs needed to prevent future problems. I was out of town while the work was completed, so they provided photos so I could still see what was repaired. Overall a positive experience even in the midst of a stressful homeowner experience. read more

Very responsive service at a great price. Fernando was great to work with. I would highly recommend them.

I am updating my review to add a fifth star. Since my last review on them, I have used Stonebridge Roofing two more times on a condo I rehabbed in Saint Louis City: once for full window removal/ installation (I provided the five windows) and the next time to caulk and flash the front exterior door. On both occasions I worked with Fernando and his team. The second time Fernando's team was out, at no additional cost, they also fixed an issue that had come up after they had installed the window earlier this year (the front window opening mechanism needed to be oiled). Fernando was on top of things and up until the second service was complete, he did everything as promised. That said, at the time I write this review I am still waiting on a Paid-in-Full receipt for the exterior door work despite the fact Fernando promised to mail it the following day (that was a week ago). One thing I would like to note: the services I hired Stonebridge Roofing for have been excellent and I will continue to consider hiring them in the future. However, both Mike and Fernando are very aggressive about getting 5 star reviews on yelp, YP, Google, and Angie's List. If this is something that bothers you or makes your uncomfortable, I would consider looking for a contractor elsewhere. read more

After the hail storm that hit Ballwin, I did a Yelp review of good roofing companies, and came across Stonebridge Roofing. I took a chance, as I knew I didn't want to use one of the companies that came knocking down my door on a daily basis. Stonebridge did an excellent job. I had relatives coming in 10 days from the initial consultation. The moved some things around and were able to get my roof, downspouts, gutters, and screens fixed, all before the family arrived. Fernando did a great job communicating to me what needed to be done, and got him team to do a very good job! I would strongly recommend Stonebridge to anyone who is looking for a quality, and quick roofing company! read more

I noticed one of my gutters was not draining. I called Stonebridge and Fernando got back to me within an hour, I scheduled the appointment the next day, and it was all fixed while I was at work. Fernando did a good job of coming out and taking time to go over all the options with me for the roof. Once the roof was finally replaced it looks great and even when we had a concern about some things they were able to come out and take a look at that. I believe they did a excellent job read more

I recently had Stonebridge come out to my Creve Coeur home to give an unbiased evaluation of my roof, as several neighbors had recently replaced roofs due to hail damage over the past year. I asked Stonebridge for an asessment based on a referral from my insurance agent (and not the roofers leaving flyers at my front door while they were "in the neighborhood"). Not only did Stonebridge come out immediately and tell me the base roof was fine, they suggested some remedial repairs based on squirrel damage (something I was already aware of -- having replaced skylight frames a few months earlier due to squirrel damage). Beyond these repairs, I also asked that an old, rusty satellite dish be removed and the shingles underneath repaired, all of which was done to my satisfaction. The new shingle matched very well as a matter of fact. When the manager (Fernando) came out the same day of the repairs to inspect his team's work, he let me get up on the roof with him to walk me through what was done. He saw a few things to tidy up, and so spent another half hour himself on the roof himslef adding some finishing touches. He also snapped some photos so he could further train his crew (who were quite polite and punctual, by the way). So few come to the door these days -- before they start work -- to let you know they were there and would be starting. Fernando kept me updated by email or phone throughout the process and always communicated or showed up when he said he would. He also always called ahead or emailed to let me know he would be out. Finally, any roofer who tells me I don't need a new roof -- when I suspected I did not -- is a good contractor to know and work with. Will definitely keep Fernando in my file of "keepers." read more

After a large hail storm in my neighborhood, several contractors promised but never delivered. Jake came by one evening, and everything just fell into place. Roof, siding, gutters and window screens all repaired in less than one week's time onsite. Every member of the crew from sales to construction to cleanup was amazing, and I immediately began recommending to friends and family. Thanks Stonebridge team! read more

Needed some gutter work done as well as some roof work. Fernando did an excellent job in outlining the various options available to me as well as with detailing the pros and cons of the various choices. He even attempted to get additional funds from the insurance company. Would definitely recommend them and use them again myself in the future. read more

I have a small rental property and live out of state. After a call from my neighbor about a hail storm, my insurance company confirmed I needed repairs. Ugh! Although I never met Mike, I presume to be the owner of Stonebridge, he went right out to the property and provided a very reasonable estimate. Of 3 quotes, he was the only one in-line with my insurance estimate. I received pictures before, during, and after the roof repair which was a huge stress relief since I was out of town. What I liked most was that Mike did not demand money upfront and was willing to wait for a check in the mail once the job was complete and I was satisfied (I realize they can put a lien on my property but still, it shows integrity). Overall I was very impressed with Stonebridge and find it unfortunate that I am not likely need them again since my new roof is solid. Good craftsmanship and great customer service! read more

I used Stonebridge Roofing to put a new roof on our house after it had sustained hail damage. I found Stonebridge on Yelp, and decided to have them come take a look at my roof after I wasn't completely comfortable with a different company I had talked to. Mike (owner) and Fernando came out to talk to me, and were great to work with from the beginning. They gave me an honest assessment of my roof, and I did not feel as though I was being sold to. For example, they indicated that the roof would need to be replaced relatively soon, but that in all likelihood I could no nothing and experience no issues for a while. They explained the process of getting a new roof from start to finish. I decided to use Stonebridge, but due to scheduling difficulties on my end, they didn't start right away. Fernando kept in touch, but was never pushy. We eventually decided on a date, and the work began as scheduled. The work was completed in the time line I was told, and while the work was going on Fernando kept me up to speed with what work was being done, what was still left to do, etc... I am very pleased with the job done by Stonebridge, as well as the professionalism of Mike and Fernando. Mike was present and came to the house multiple times, but the majority of my communication was with Fernando (no issues with that whatsoever, he was great to work with). I will be using Stonebridge for any future roofing / siding needs. read more

Stonebridge recently tore off and replaced our 20 year old roof after the owner Mike found hail damage when another roofer didn't. Mike is friendly, thorough and patient. He was accessible for questions via text and email and responded promptly.
