I hired Stonebridge Roofing to handle and insurance claim for hail damage to my home. I worked directly with the owner Michael (Mike) Jennings. I was impressed by his professionalism, dependability, ability to recommend products, attention to details, and talent in knowing the insurance guidelines. Prior to connecting with Mike I was very confused about the details and did not know the first thing about how to get the repairs done to my home. Mike took time out to meet with me and go in detail about the steps that were taking place; he made entire process error free and easy to understand. Mike was also able to work with the insurance company and make sure the repairs were completed at a superior standard. The work was completed on time, and surpassed expectations for quality. In addition to Mike's personal positive attributes, he made sure that his sub-contractors were respectful, reliable and efficient. Since we had a good experience when we had Stonebridge look at our roof a couple of years ago, we decided to use them for a minor siding/trim job. They did a beautiful job, the materials are great quality, and it seemed like a pretty reasonable price. We wanted something different than the standard horizontal siding. They had a beautiful vinyl cedar-shake style that we chose. The only imperfect thing during our experience with Stonebridge is that there was a minor scheduling misunderstanding. We thought they were going to show up on a particular day but didn't, and we didn't get a call. It wasn't a problem for us since they didn't require us to be home anyway. I got in touch with Roger and he rescheduled it fairly promptly. When the work crew arrived, they had the job done in 3 hours and did a perfect job of cleaning up the work areas. It turned out that they arrived late afternoon, so I did have some interaction with them. Very nice and professional. I guess since the job was finished after normal business hours, they didn't ask for the remaining half of the payment due (they finished and left without telling us or I would have asked about it). Roger called me a few days later and stopped by my workplace to drop off final paperwork and take my payment. Super convenient. read more

I had a severe hailstorm come into my area that did damage to my roof, gutters and fascia. I asked my state farm agent for recommendations. Stonebridge was one of several they gave me. Mike came out and from the onset was professional and straightforward. He worked with the inspector to ensure nothing got missed. Fernando oversaw the installation of the new roof. He was sure to keep me informed at all times and answered all of my questions. I was impressed at how patient he was. I am the guy who always ticks off the contractors with all my questions. After it was done Fernando came out to inspect the job. There was one small part he wasn't happy with and had the workers come out and redo it to his satisfaction. The subcontractors they hired also did a great job especially the people doing the fascia. They showed me how the previous installer did not do it correct several years ago which explained why I had some slight damage. They fixed the damage and did it the way it should have been done years ago. I cannot recommend Stonebridge Roofing enough. A special shout out goes to Fernando for putting up with me. read more

Communication could be difficult sometimes because of the language difference. So, I was unsure of some of my requests. But after some clarification and a followup visit, Fernando made sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. So far, so good on the new gutters and gutter guards. I'm hoping they last forever. Fernando's team was very efficient, got to my house and got straight to work. My only issue was in making sure they didn't go so fast as to miss anything that needed repair. But, everything that I had questions about got taken care of the next day. The crew was very fast and cleaned up after themselves. Plus, I paid for nothing until the job was complete. I'd definitely recommend Stonebridge. BTW...I'm in St. Louis...not sure why Yelp says, "Sandy, OR." One last thing to note. Fernando bid on what I asked for and made a couple of recommendations. At no time did I feel like he was trying to upsell me on things I didn't need. With the recent hail storm that hit St. Louis, roofers from all over the country have descended upon the area. How do you know who to trust? How do you know who will do a quality job? Mike Jenne, his Project Manager Fernando and their St. Louis based team is the answer! Mike and Fernando take the pain out of working with insurance companies. Mike literally crawled up on my roof with the insurance adjuster to make no stone (shingle) was unturned. 3 days later I had an insurance claim estimate and Mike was on my door step. I had a new roof, fascia and gutters/downspouts put on my home within the next 2 weeks. They did a GREAT job. Fernando is ALWAYS accessible and makes sure that the customer is 100% satisfied. A couple minor issues cropped up and Fernando took care of them pronto, very much to my satisfaction. If you are looking for really great deal (which equates to cheap), don't call Stonebridge, for if you do you will not get the lowest price. Good experience with this company. My original contractor (CWC Roofing) drug the repair out for months trying to convince the insurance company to do a replace when they were saying that the damage wasn't enough to warrant it and then ran for the hills when they were unequivocally told that only repair was warranted by the damage. At that point, they stopped responding to calls and e-mails...didn't even have the integrity to simply say that they weren't interested if it wasn't a full replace. After contacting Stonebridge, they came out the day after my call for an inspection, did try to get me to see if the insurance company would re-evaluate their inspection, but kept their word and proceeded with the repair when that was a no-go. On top of that, in light of the problems I had with the previous contractor, they got it taken care of lightning fast once they got the OK to move forward. I worked with a gentleman named Fernando and he was very responsive to calls, text messages, and e-mails throughout the whole process. read more

Fernando and Alex have been absolute lifesavers. I noticed water damage in my home and contacted my insurance. They put me in touch with an in-home mitigation team who highly recommended Stonebridge Roofing and I am SO glad they did. Fernando was able to come out to my property in a very timely manner and assess the damage and ensure that his team member Alex could join him shortly with ice/water shield, preventing any further issue. This is very important to me with the weather being as fickle as it is and the roof problem being that over my daughter's room. Fernando made all the right calls to get the work done before anything more could happen and did so with care and respect to my needs. Fake news, FAKE REVIEWS! I had a difficult time even giving this company a one-star review. DO NOT use this company! My condo suffered water damage due to a leaky roof in January of this year. After MANY attempts to get them scheduled to do the repair, I received a phone call 12 hours prior to the scheduled repair with the information that "we no longer will be doing this type of work" and "the foreman called and is out of the country and will probably not be returning." Huh? Other reviewers have said they primarily use Mexican workers that come in and out and that must have been the case here. How are your employee not returning to America? I had all of the furniture from a bedroom rearranged in different places, and was significantly inconvenienced due to poor communication and last minute follow-through. DO NOT use this company - learn from my experience and find a more reputable, responsible firm. read more

Excellent service! I love my new roof. I found out I needed a new roof in the worst possible way during a thunderstorm in the middle of the night on a weekend. Fernando got someone out to cover the hole and get me through the weekend. He came out the following Monday to look at the roof, told me what I needed, diagnosed an original construction lack of ventilation problem and made several recommendations. He arranged to come back to advocate for me with the insurance adjuster when he came to inspect the damage. Fernando went over everything with me, told me what to expect from the insurance company and took care of everything. He really knows his stuff and his employees did excellent work both outside on the roof and inside in repairing the ceiling below the hole in the roof. Referred to Fernando by a mutual friend after we had a shingle blown off last week, and I failed at the "self-repair". Fernando inspected roof and pointed out that although the roof was put on in 2005, it was in decent shape and didn't necessarily need to be replaced just yet. Also pointed out that builder didn't bother to put a ridge vent in, and he advised we do that when the roof is actually replaced. For now, he had one of his guys come out. They were prompt, courteous (didn't laugh too hard when they saw my attempted repair), replaced the damaged shingles with spares I had bought last year, and finished up in maybe a 1/2 hour. All for a very reasonable price. Being impressed all the way around, when it's time to replace the whole roof, these guys will get the job! Thanks Fernando! read more

We recently had a flooded basement. After mold amelioration was taken care of we contracted with Stonebridge Roofing and Renovations for the repairs - which were NOT covered by insurance. Ollie Rodriguez, his father Oliver, the quality control man, Madison and the lead worker, Alberto were beyond good. They were professional, thorough, trustworthy, prompt, hard working and clean. The job involved new tile, wallboard, paint, carpet and pad, wood paneling, floor boards and chair rails. The quality of work was better than we thought possible. They were able to meet our needs, answer our many questions, get the job done on time and within the estimated budget. We could not be more pleased. We had to have a totally new roof installed. The service we received when we met with Fernando was outstanding. The detailed quote helped us choose Stonebridge Roofing. With all the rain we received before the new roof was installed caused leaking we called Fernando to get the installation moved up and they were able to get things ready to go. There were heat advisory warnings in the area and the roofers started around 5:30 am they were fast and efficient and done by 2:30 pm. We appreciated the peace of mind in getting the roof installed quickly. It's a beautiful roof and no more leaks. WOW!! What an amazing set of contractors! I was totally unfamiliar with the process of getting a new roof. I also needed new siding on one side of my house and new gutters. Was I going to have to find individual contractors? Did a little bit of research and found Stonebridge Roofing. They were immediate in response time and kept great contact throughout the work done. Different teams of professionals for each area all provided by Stonebridge though. No legwork for me. LOVED the work they did and would HIGHLY recommend them!!!! A section of our roof blew off in March from a wind storm and we called Stonebridge and they came over the same day and put a tarp on our roof to protect it. We then had our insurance adjuster come and he met with Fernando and we got our roof approved for replacement. Fernando was extremely prompt, courteous, and thorough during the entire process. The workers got here on 4/22 at 7am and worked until dark then returned the next morning and worked til 3pm with a beautiful new roof. I only saw these workers take one break and it was for about 10 minutes...incredibly hard workers. We have checked our yard for nails and clutter and have yet to find anything...JOB WELL DONE! "Wow!" I love the design of the siding. Every time I am backing up out of my driveway, I am staring at the siding with tears in my eyes. My house looks gorgeous! My granddaughter told me that the siding on my house looks like the siding of a new house. Roger Ruiz is an exceptional assistant project manager for Stonebridge Roofing. My entire experience with Stonebridge was great! It took a little longer than anticipated, due to weather, but it was well worth the wait!! My roof looks amazing! Looks like a whole new house. Working with Fernando, Mike and Simon was fantastic! These guys are a great team!! Simon Carlisle was our project manager and his customer service skills are on point!
