We experienced continued leakage in our home for the third time! I called them on July 13th to informed them that we are getting water leakage in the same area for the third time. I called back on July 20th to confirm our appointment Monday morning and to let them know that I noticed the guttering on the back of the house is dropping. They came to repair the roof area and took pictures of the gutter. They told my husband that there is water inside the gutter and they cannot remove the water because it's too heavy which didn't make sense! They were suppose to call us back but no response from them to address this issue to this day. I continue to reach out to them numerous times which is dated and time stamped on my phone. My guttering is falling apart and ready to cause additional damage to my home! Zero response from them is poor customer service! I can't understand that they are rated a 5 star and an A+ accredited on the BBB site! i found out from the BBB that you can only file a complaint and not give them a negative review at the same time. BBB did accept my complaint today to be valid. I hope that everyone should go on their website and read the complaints section. They will continue to drag the issues until someone acknowledges wrong doing!

His installers were on time and had to work extra hard because the shingles could not be loaded directly on the roof and the waste dumpster could not be brought close to the house due to our driveway layout and large trees. Regardless, they finished the project on time and were respectful of our property. We are very happy with the outcome of the new roof. Josh worked to make sure we were pleased with the shingle selection and made special trips to our property to drag a magnetic rake across the lawn to pick up any remaining nails, even after the installers had done this when finishing the project. Now the j-channel and siding along several roof-to-wall intersections are significantly warping, buckling, and pulling away from the house. It's doing this on the front and back slopes of my home where the j-channel meets the shingles (see the additional photos I posted). My original review documents all the problems I had working with Stonebridge over the 7-months it took them to finish my project. Three months after the finish date, I'm now having more issues from the work they did. If you want your roof/siding job to go smoothly, be managed properly, and be installed correctly the first time, I highly recommend you look to another company. Although I appreciate Stonebridge standing behind their work, I do not recommend using them due to the poor installation and project management issues I've experienced working with them.

Jeremy reassured me he would work with the insurance company for a reinspection then stopped responding to messages. He reappeared at my door months later--unannounced. He explained that he was working for himself and would love to move forward. His explanation for disappearing was 1) a diabetes diagnosis and 2) he was no longer with the company due to unethical business practices. I told Jeremy I would let him know if I wanted to do business. He continued texting me to replace my roof after I made it clear I was not interested. I thought I finally got rid of him, until he showed up at my house--unannounced AGAIN, now working with this company.

I've used University and their subs on two portions of a residential roof - flat and pitched…read moreasphalt. Both were complicated tear offs and replacements. These jobs spanned a course of about 2 years from the time I started talking with them to finishing the job. Jessie also did copper work on a downspout and leaderhead, and added a custom iron cresting. The craftsmanship is excellent. The subs he uses are also high quality (I don't think he really employs laborers himself). The timeline is LONG LONG LONG. It took about 1.5 years to get the flat roof actually done. All the while my house was leaking (he patched it but the patch eventually failed), he had the 50% deposit, and I couldn't seem to get it to move any quicker. I also had to pretty much beg him to get the pitched roof complete when it rained in the room every time it rained outside. The start date was pushed and pushed. One thing to note - they are pretty desperate to get paid. There's no invoice and pay 14 days after, even 5 days after. They want the final check sometimes before the work is even complete. This business is running on literally dime in and dime out. With a surprise on work days ('hey, I'm showing up today!') that can catch people off guard to scramble together $10k or whatever that day. I'm not sure I'd use them again. It was just such a long process. I also like Hulsey Roofing but Hulsey is more expensive.

We called them to investigate & they discovered they forgot to seal/cover a vent cap. They fixed it a few days later and looked at the ceiling damage. There were multiple appointments made for ceiling repair and no one showed up. We took several days off work to meet them. We called several times for updates and no one returned our calls. We corresponded with the owner several times and it still took months to get the ceiling repaired. When they finally repainted the ceiling they did not use tarps, so there were paint speckles over the entire room, on the curtain and on the light shade, and they did not edge. They also replaced the window trim. They left the site without completing the job. We had to call them to let them know they needed to come back to finish. They caulked our window shut. That was all eventually remedied. I do not recommend
