There was a black fence in the photos - we are not allowed to have a black fence in our subdivision. The employees can not agree on what the upcharges are and their paperwork is conflicting with the charges as well, but they would not stand by that. Three different pieces of paperwork with three different meanings/charges. You can not have customers sign conflicting paperwork. How can you upcharge for 5 or so things and have those charges not be consistent on all of your paperwork. Its crazy! They said those up charges would be coming out of their workers pay. So they have to upcharge their customers in order to pay their employees? It also made me extremely uncomfortable that the salesman came by my home un announced. So disappointed to say the least.
