He line itemed everything we requested and answered everything we asked. The price was very reasonable. Communication from him and the office for scheduling was great and responsive. They used an easy online system explaining the work and contract. Painters started just a couple weeks after we signed. It took several days to paint 6 rooms with a big basement including ceilings, trim, doors, and walls - it was a big job. They did minor patching with sand to match the original texture. Everything looks great, and I'm a discerning customer. No nickel and diming over small things. The workers were on time everyday and left by the work hours we requested (8am-5pm.) They were super friendly and happily addressed any small concerns we brought up. They explained the plan for the next day before they left so we could plan for locking up our cats. The team was quiet, polite, and never complained. Everything was cleaned up and put back together when they finished. One year later, the siding is pulling away from the house and splitting. The work has failed. I have called, texted, left multiple voicemails, and sent Andrew photos of the damage -- always politely, never once raising my voice or making demands. Every message has been ignored. This is from a company whose website promises "satisfaction guaranteed." What disappoints me most isn't even the siding. It's this: a business owner who is warm and responsive when he wants your money, and then simply vanishes when something goes wrong. Andrew has the video of our original walkthrough. He knows what was agreed to. A simple phone call is all it would have taken to begin making this right. They say you never truly know a contractor until something goes wrong. Now I know. I'd encourage anyone considering this company to think carefully -- because the guarantee on his website is meaningless, and when you need him most, he won't pick up the phone.

After many recommendations, we used this company for our living room walls and ceiling. What was to…read moretake 2 days, took 2 weeks. They were suppose to fix nail pops and popping seams. After 2 days the blemishes were still as visible as they ever were and paint was dripped on baseboards, wallpaper and slopped onto adjoining room walls. Monkeys would have done a better job. The owner acknowledged the issues and fixed them himself. Howver, it seemed like he would fix one issue with the walls and then create another. After 2 weeks I paid him and said everything was fine just to get him out. Today I opened a remaining can of paint to do some touch ups myself and a.) He left a roller in the paint can and b.) He has his company stickers on top of the can so that I can't get another can of paint because Sherwin Williams can't see the formula. Run from this company!
