Said the siding needed to be removed, but they were unable to remove it. I was concerned I would not be able to find someone to take on such a small job. Called Allen first and they said they could help, and would send someone.Tom came out and removed the required siding, and said to let him know when the plumbers were finished with the repair. When the plumbers were done, we called to have the siding replaced. Kyle came out and had the siding back up in no time. He told me there was no charge for the job. They promise to do all these things and point out so much to the insurance inspector just to do the bare minimum job and not respond to calls or texts after. The contractor who was responsible for handling our case left the company right after he got us to sign documents. Then his manager, Bailey, came and promised all these replacements and pretended to care about the job just to collect the full insurance check from us and not return the amount owed to us for a full month when they said they would send a refund check the next day. Whenever we called they would lie and say they sent it in the mail or they're going to drop it off the next day. They never replaced our gutter guards or the gaps between the roof and wall that were causing leakage in our walls in the first place. Had to get the owner of the company involved and threaten to sue just to get our check back and STILL did not get anyone to fix the gaps as promised. The company is more concerned with their "multimillion dollar projects" than any other paying customers. If they handle paying customers like this, I can't even imagine how they treat their workers. We fully regret working with this company and do not recommend it to others.
