Shortly after that, he showed up at my home, inspected for free, took photos, and interpreted. I learned there was some limited damage, but not quite enough to warrant an insurance claim at this time. Not more than two hours passed from the time I found contact information until "roof inspection" was checked off my to-do list. I realize not every service provider can drop what they're doing, and respond to me, and that I was lucky circumstances allowed such a quick response. They charge me $331 to replace one shingle in March. The shingles are only 7 years old and they look like they are 30 because they were nailed incorrectly. There are a lot of roofers out there and I would recommend that you steer clear of them and their antics.
