I have, in writing, an agreement for the soffit and fascia to be replaced as part of a gutter job H&H did on my property. Instead, the soffit and fascia was reused. When I asked about this, I was told it'd be an additional charge. Part of the work was to clean the gutters. The gutter build up was not fully cleaned up and much of the gutter build up ended up in the yard. Regarding quality, a gap was left between the fascia board and roof. The soffit and fascia is uneven and doesn't line up properly. From what I can tell, the gutters themselves look fine. If the scope of the work is limited to gutter replacement, you might not have any problems.

I recommend avoiding and finding a company that is upfront with their customers with what must be done to correctly perform their service instead of acting like there is no issue and doing a job incorrectly to simply get it done. The brickmold is a quarter inch off - the manufacturer (ProVia) has a software problem and even though we gave them the correct measurements... blah blah, whatever. So, wait two weeks to get the corrected brickmold. Fine, stuff happens. 03/05! Called them 03/06. Guess what? STILL WRONG! No apologies, no anything. Wait two more weeks, no biggie, this is the way stuff works. March 20 it is! NOPE! March 16 and get an email that the manufacturers internet is down. No idea what that has to do with anything... how many times can you fail a customer and just tell them to wait two more weeks? Anyway, now I'm scheduled for April! Of what year I have no idea. My fiance and i had noticed water leaking into our upstairs bedroom closet and started looking for local roofing contractors to evaluate the damages and prepare a quote for repair. We were referred to a local roofing contractor and scheduled an appointment. They were on the roof for approximately 15 min and stated that the estimator would be by to write up a quote...never saw the estimator and a couple days later we received a quote packet in our mail box . We felt a little uncomfortable not meeting the estimator and understanding what needed to repaired. We started looking online and came across Irestore STL. Ali was the company rep that was assigned to us and was extremely courteous and helpful. He explained that we had prior hail damage from a storm over 2 months prior and that he would work directly with our insurance provider. I had assumed that this would be a process that would take several weeks, to my surprise at the end of the inspection Ali called our insurance claims line and scheduled a claims adjuster to come to our home and review. Ali was present for the claims adjuster when he arrived (30 min early) and dealt with him the entire time. The claims adjuster had concurred with Ali's findings and started the claim. We scheduled an appointment at their office to review the cost, pick shingles, and view the shingles on our home with their computer software.... Amazing!!! A week later our shingles had arrived. The day the Shingles were delivered is the day the work began. Ali was present the entire time to supervise the crew and ensure that everything went smoothly. The roof was completely stripped of shingles and new shingles installed all in the same day! We noticed some areas that weren't laying down and they informed us that it would take about a week for them to lay smooth. After a week there were still shingles not laying smooth so we contacted Ali and informed him. He was there the next day with a couple guys to complete the work. Amazing service! I want to leave a review for IRestore regarding my experience. I knew I needed a roof and scheduled an inspection. There was evidence of hail and wind damage all over the place and they discovered it quickly.The company contacted my insurance company (State Farm) sent an adjuster to inspect the roof to discern how much if any the insurance company will cover. Before my own insurance adjuster got out of his vehicle (without even entering my property for inspection) was already saying we weren't getting a roof. I want to say that I believe in this company because of how they treated my girlfriend and I, and for how hard they fought my insurance on my behalf for them to cover what I have them insure me for. I know everyone's case is different per circumstances, insurance provider, time and finances. This company worked hard and the insurance ended up covering the cost of the roof. I had to pay the deductible. What a blessing indeed and I feel blessed to have found them. It all started with me investigating roofing companies based on reviews and they were one of the few with many, exceptional reviews. It is evident by their customer service, their passion for their customers, the quality product they deliver (which it looks amazing, totally impressed). It was their efforts and service that won me over so much I wanted to join the team. Maybe I can help others as I feel they helped me. I was extremely frustrated by the time I found iRestore with all of the other roofing companies that I had called to get a new roof. The project manager, Chris, took the time to explain all the options available, answering my questions with patience and expertise. Once the work began, their crew was punctual, professional, and incredibly efficient. They worked diligently and left the area relatively clean when the work was completed. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding--my new roof not only looks fantastic but also gives me peace of mind knowing it's built to last. What really stood out to me was their transparency. There were no hidden fees or unexpected costs; everything was detailed upfront. Plus, their warranty provided extra assurance that I had made the right choice. The only reason I couldn't give them my coveted fifth star is that there was a bit of a delay between paying the initial deposit and the roof being completed. While it was only about two weeks, the communication during that time could have been better. For instance, I wasn't informed about the delivery of shingles or the arrival of a dumpster, which caught me by surprise. However, these are minor issues compared to the challenges I've faced with other companies in the past. Overall, I highly recommend iRestore--and especially Chris--for any roofing needs. iRestore Stl deserves more than 5 stars, and I am so pleased to be working with them. Kirk is the owner, and he is very professional and truly cares about people and their roofing situations. If he says something, he means it and will go above and beyond to ensure your problem gets fixed. I used the "request an appointment" tab on the website when my roof was leaking at about 9 pm and within an hour Kirk had called. He was at my home the next morning and I was so thankful because I had been waiting on another company to show up for almost two weeks. He fixed my leak with a pipe boot right away and it hasn't leaked since even with all the huge storms we have had. Our roof has been damaged from all the hail, so he filed a claim with our insurance company and met with the adjuster twice. He is on top of EVERYTHING and keeps you informed. We are now receiving a new roof not only on our home but also on our garage and new gutters. iRestore Stl has done ALL the communication and work with the insurance company to get it done. Not to mention, the materials he uses are top of the line. If you need a new roof, request an appointment with iRestore Stl, it will be faster and easier than you might think. iRestore came out on a Thursday and we had a new roof in less than 2 weeks. iRestore had it approved and paid by insurance due to storm damage fast! iRestore made the process simple and fast! We were out of town but the crew was there by 7 am and they were done by 2pm with a clean yard, my neighbors were texting me the entire time commenting on what a great job they were doing and impressed with the efficiency of completing the job so quick. We came home to a beautiful roof and I would highly recommend them to all my friends and families! I contacted iRestore STL because my roof was leaking, and Kirk, the Owner, came out and made a temporary fix (free of charge) to stop the leak and took measurements for an estimate. He provided the estimate quickly and was able to show me a computer generated image of my house with different colors and types of shingles, which was helpful in the decision process.
