Profits over service, no customer service…read more Cleaning was done 6 days ago. Had an overflowing gutter just days later that caused interior water damage. Upon inspection discovered downspout was blocked with debris up to the gutter. Contract called for blow out of downspouts. It is clear that it was missed. Management took no responsibility. Was rude and dismissive. Mis-reported facts, and when that was pointed out, just didn't address the misstatements. Blamed owner for not properly maintaining downspout (?!). Mad that we complained and rather than work out the problem suggested we go elsewhere.

I can understand a credit card processing fee, but a process fee on a debit card transaction is just wrong. The rep. I waited 1 week, was not contacted, so I called to pay the invoice to discovered no such conversation was ever had, and reluctantly paid the fee. Materials were left in my front yard, I had to call the rep. to have them picked up about a week after the job was completed. I was also never told the job was completed, I had to call my rep. to confirm, the only clue I had was the left over materials laying in my front yard. Do better. I will be sharing my experience to anyone who asks.

No communication, weeks on end of getting the work done, told they would contact me but then just showed up finally to do it without any notice that they would be on my property. I had to use my video surveillance to see what day they showed up. Now they have double charged me for the work. I would not recommend them.

The owner emailed over the invoice with a nice message asking if my wife & I were satisfied with the finished products and everything. The receptionist was a good first impression of the company. The guy who came out was amazing. I was so impressed by him. He called 2 days in advance and said that he might be able to come out even earlier than the appointment. Score! The day I was scheduled for was rainy. I almost thought they might cancel due to the weather conditions, but nope! My guy called and came out earlier than scheduled (which worked well for me). It was rainy, but without any doubt he pulled out his ladder and got to work. He diagnosed, corrected and filled me in on the problem in less than 10 minutes. He was also just so up-right and friendly!! It was like he were a worker from an idealized 1950s. And even though it was raining and he had other appointments to get to, he offered to give me an estimate on installing gutter guards. He measured every gutter around my house and garage and then got my email so he could send me the formal estimate. It came later that day. Such impressive service! I will definitely be using WCC for all my roofing and gutter needs. Fantastic company and employees!

Dishonest business that does not disclose any issues with gutter replacement/installation. They are…read moremore considered with job completion instead of doing the job correctly. I had old gutters removed and new ones installed. They were installed incorrectly and pitch heavily upward so that any spill over will leak directly into my home. I will now have to have gutters removed and issue corrected by another company for twice the original cost. I was advised that Scott-Lee Guttering Company does not do any carpentry work, which is in no way advertised on their website or communicated during the job. I recommend avoiding and finding a company that is upfront with their customers with what must be done to correctly perform their service instead of acting like there is no issue and doing a job incorrectly to simply get it done. I've learned the hard way, don't repeat my mistake.
