Now the j-channel and siding along several roof-to-wall intersections are significantly warping, buckling, and pulling away from the house. It's doing this on the front and back slopes of my home where the j-channel meets the shingles (see the additional photos I posted). My original review documents all the problems I had working with Stonebridge over the 7-months it took them to finish my project. Three months after the finish date, I'm now having more issues from the work they did. If you want your roof/siding job to go smoothly, be managed properly, and be installed correctly the first time, I highly recommend you look to another company. Although I appreciate Stonebridge standing behind their work, I do not recommend using them due to the poor installation and project management issues I've experienced working with them.

He even brought me 3 four-foot pieces of vinyl so that we could see which color looked the best. I changed three times on what and how I wanted the siding, but Josh just said, "no problem" and changed the contract. The crew that installed the siding was also excellent. Cico was the foreman he made sure that everything was done correctly and would ask periodically if everything looked right. There were only a couple small items, and he fixed them immediately. His crew was friendly and worked very hard and long hours. I love my new siding, and if we ever need a new roof Allen Roofing and siding will be the first company I call.

The day before they were to start on the siding, we had an estimate come back from our insurance regarding a roofing credit due to a hail storm. Madison County Roofing made the change in scope work and they replaced both the roof and siding. This was not an easy job as there were bad patches of sheathing under the old siding to replace and many odd angles to deal with on the roof. Their attention to detail was terrific and they have a very conscientious crew who tried very hard to keep the job site clean and safe. Our home was completely transformed from a classic Tudor style to a much more modern look and we could not be happier with the result. I highly recommend Madison County Roofing. Very reliable and responsive and they do top quality work.

The receptionist was a good first impression of the company. The guy who came out was amazing. I was so impressed by him. I almost thought they might cancel due to the weather conditions, but nope! My guy called and came out earlier than scheduled (which worked well for me). It was rainy, but without any doubt he pulled out his ladder and got to work. He diagnosed, corrected and filled me in on the problem in less than 10 minutes. He was also just so up-right and friendly!! It was like he were a worker from an idealized 1950s. And even though it was raining and he had other appointments to get to, he offered to give me an estimate on installing gutter guards.
