The receptionist was a good first impression of the company. The guy who came out was amazing. I was so impressed by him. He called 2 days in advance and said that he might be able to come out even earlier than the appointment. Score! The day I was scheduled for was rainy. I almost thought they might cancel due to the weather conditions, but nope! My guy called and came out earlier than scheduled (which worked well for me). It was rainy, but without any doubt he pulled out his ladder and got to work. He diagnosed, corrected and filled me in on the problem in less than 10 minutes. He was also just so up-right and friendly!! It was like he were a worker from an idealized 1950s. And even though it was raining and he had other appointments to get to, he offered to give me an estimate on installing gutter guards. He measured every gutter around my house and garage and then got my email so he could send me the formal estimate. It came later that day. Such impressive service! I will definitely be using WCC for all my roofing and gutter needs. Fantastic company and employees!

Said the siding needed to be removed, but they were unable to remove it. I was concerned I would not be able to find someone to take on such a small job. When the plumbers were done, we called to have the siding replaced. Kyle came out and had the siding back up in no time. He told me there was no charge for the job. So nice to deal with friendly people who took the time to help us out. We are considering replacing our siding in the near future and Allen will be our first call. Thanks guys!

UPDATE - Oct 1, 2026: It's been three months since…read moreStonebridge completed my roofing and siding work. Now the j-channel and siding along several roof-to-wall intersections are significantly warping, buckling, and pulling away from the house. It's doing this on the front and back slopes of my home where the j-channel meets the shingles (see the additional photos I posted). My original review documents all the problems I had working with Stonebridge over the 7-months it took them to finish my project. Three months after the finish date, I'm now having more issues from the work they did. If you want your roof/siding job to go smoothly, be managed properly, and be installed correctly the first time, I highly recommend you look to another company. Although I appreciate Stonebridge standing behind their work, I do not recommend using them due to the poor installation and project management issues I've experienced working with them.

Needed a new roof, and upfront communication was good. They are not the cheapest. But once the work…read moregot done, I never had a final walk through. Doing my own walk through I noticed they put the wrong boot jack on my roof (neoprene when my contract stated Lead), they threw away my leaffilter gutter guards costing over $2,400. On top of this they damaged my rear gutter to the point it needed to be replaced. And the skylight they installed had grease and blood all over the inside. When I tried to contact Them about my issues I couldn't get a response. After I called, texted, and e-mailed several times I finally got a response. But instead of fixing the issues they pushed back, and would fix one thing and make me call over and over until they would come to do the next. And with the rear gutter I had to leave work early 2 times to meet Matt (salesperson) just for him to tell me he didn't attempt to fix it. After a 3rd party came to fix the gutter. Once again i got no communication. They sent a final invoice but there where discrepancies in it. My damages where $2,193 for the cost to replace my leaffilter guards, but they only wanted to credit me $1,000 and the charge for the new rear gutter gaurds was $522 according to my contract. A job in which was never completed because they ran out of material and damaged the gutter itself. So for the job that was NEVER COMPLETED they want to credit me $72...of the $522 job . I paid the "final invoice" and 4 days later get an email demanding more money because of an error on their part. This company is unprofessional, lacks communication on several levels. STAY AWAY! USE SOMEONE ELSE. Even if they cost more. No one should deal with what i have had to. And with the billing discrepancy I wonder how many other people have been lied to or cheated out of their damaged property. And if they summit inaccurate invoices to insurance companies that is fraud. DO NOT USE! I will tell everyone I come in contact with to never use this company.
