I was really impressed with David's follow up and his ability to work with the insurance company to make sure that everything was covered as it should have been. David also had a Project Manager backing him on the job, Clayton Vickery, who did a great job as well. He and David worked flawlessly as a team and made absolutely sure that everything was done not only to my satisfaction, but to their's as well! They found some things that I had missed, and I'm pretty darned particular! I would work with David and Clayton again in a heartbeat! These guys are beyond good, they're fantastic! He came to our house, sat down with us while we called our insurance company, and helped walk us through the entire process. When the insurance adjuster came out, Addison met them here and they walked through everything together. Having someone in our corner with expertise made a stressful situation so much easier! We ended up deciding not only to replace our roof, but also to invest in new Hardie siding, fascia, and soffit since our existing siding was showing its age. Addison connected us with Matthew for the siding portion, and he's been equally helpful as we've worked through all of the options. We also decided to upgrade our roof to Owens Corning Duration FLEX shingles, so hopefully we'll be in much better shape if Missouri decides to throw more hail our way. Construction hasn't started yet, so I can't speak to the finished product, but I can absolutely speak to the customer service. Communication has been excellent, everyone has been responsive, and we've never felt pressured. This is a huge investment for our home and it's reassuring to work with people who have been patient, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful throughout the process...I had A LOT of questions! The other gave quotes without doing any measurements. Clearview owner Marc made measurements and the a day later, sent in his window team to make exact measurements. I had all the exterior of my 1991 ranch completely redone. Upgraded polymer interlocking insulated vinyl siding with a moisture barrier wrap Tyvek underneath the siding. Brand new top grade soffet installed with new maintenance gutters. Also had them install an upgraded new front door. Huge difference with outside noise and temperature reduction.. Project was completed on time and on budget. Marc either called or showed up on the job site everyday. I have never dealt with a contractor professional of this caliber. Said the siding needed to be removed, but they were unable to remove it. I was concerned I would not be able to find someone to take on such a small job. Called Allen first and they said they could help, and would send someone.Tom came out and removed the required siding, and said to let him know when the plumbers were finished with the repair. When the plumbers were done, we called to have the siding replaced. Kyle came out and had the siding back up in no time. He told me there was no charge for the job.
