My experience with REHAB Construction was extremely disappointing, and I regret hiring them to work on my home. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Initially, they responded quickly by installing a tarp on my roof.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Unfortunately, the installer failed to properly secure his ladder. A gust of wind blew it over, causing it to strike my neighbor's property, breaking their satellite dish and damaging their fence. If that had been the only issue, I likely wouldn't be writing this review. The roof installation itself was very messy. Shingles and roofing debris were scattered throughout my property, and tar was left on my fence, garage door, and landscaping. Falling shingles scratched my bedroom window and my newly painted garage door. I also found roofing nails in my yard, driveway, and alley for over a week after the job was completed. In addition, one of my window screens was torn during the installation. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I brought these concerns to REHAB Construction, they initially blamed the material delivery company rather than taking responsibility.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Throughout the project, I found that they were quick to shift blame and only acknowledged issues when presented with clear evidence.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The problems continued after the installation. Some of the shingles had been installed improperly and required repairs. During a later inspection, I also discovered that the drip edge, which had been delivered and was on-site, had only been installed on part of the house instead of the entire roof. By that point, I had lost confidence in their workmanship and chose not to have them return to correct it, as doing so would have required lifting portions of the newly installed roof and I was concerned it could create additional problems. The siding installation went more smoothly, but only because I specifically requested that someone be on-site to supervise the work. [[HIGHLIGHT]]One of the corner trim pieces on the house was not replaced because insurance didn't cover it. If that had been relayed to me, I would have advised paying out-of-pocket, because once that part is installed it's a big pain to replace.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] In my opinion, many of the issues I experienced could have been prevented if REHAB Construction had provided proper on-site project supervision from the beginning. Unfortunately, I also referred several friends and acquaintances to REHAB Construction before my project was complete. Nearly all of them reported similarly negative experiences, which only reinforced my concerns about the company's quality of workmanship, communication, and accountability. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend REHAB Construction. read more

We used rehab for some storm damage. Got our siding, gutters, and windows replaced. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Buckle in if you're dealing with insurance because it's a looooong process. Feel like we started in May 2025 and just wrapped up the last few things in June 2026.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] That being said, [[HIGHLIGHT]]Rehab went back and forth with our insurance and ended up getting a lot more covered by insurance than we were expecting.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Insurance was only going to cover a couple sides of siding and after all the back and forth covered all the siding. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Rehab deals with insurance stuff all the time which made the process easier for us for sure.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We were okay with things taking a little longer since we got more covered. We also uncovered some damage when getting the old siding removed and rehab was on top of it helping fix the problem and working with insurance to try and get that covered too. We were able to change our siding color too! Happy with all the work done. read more

Every step of the process with REHAB has been a nightmare. We are finally closing the project after 1 year and 8 months post hail damage. Nearly every order/estimate to the insurance company has been incorrect and required us to correct the mistake thus extending timeframe. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We put in an inordinate amount of time following up with REHAB, checking for errors, fixing mistakes, and reaching out to insurance on their behalf.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Most of the work was completed. They were not able to complete a few line items because they claimed the insurance company would not provide enough funds. We used REHAB for a previous project and the process was relatively smooth, that was not the case for this project. We will not be using them again. read more

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Both the sales and support staff we easy to work with and always kept me informed.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They took care of everything dealing with the insurance company. There was a hick-up with the building permit, but REHAB acknowledged it was their fault and promptly rectified the situation. There was also a small issue with the shingle delivery that caused damage to our yard, but that too was taken care of. All in all they did an great job on our new roof. They got it done quickly, cleaned up after themselves and it looks great! I even recommended them to my neighbors who also had hail damage on their roofs. Thank you guys! read more

After a rocky start with promises made and disagreements over the initial contract, the process for our roof replacement was made very simple. [[HIGHLIGHT]]After assessing that we had hail damage to our roof they did the ground work with the insurance adjuster so we didn't have to.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] After the insurance was secured and replacement started, the work was fast and professional, completed in one day. Despite an accident that resulted in damage to the house, it was immediately cleaned up and corrected to match the original construction to our satisfaction. He & our ins. adjuster visited us together & along with new roof, agreed on completely painting new ceiling in kitchen/breakfast room for a water stain, 6"x 4"plus new gutters & screens for 2 patio doors.This cooperation was a great value for a couple in their Golden Years! My roof and gutters turned out beautiful. However, the process to getting the work done was very frustrating.We started the process on April 12th of 2022, signed the contract and wrote them a check for over $6400 in June 3rd 2022.From there, we had very little communication from the rep who was working with us.When I had a question or concern I had to text and call multiple times to even get acknowledgment.The adjuster for our insurance had left the company and I was told multiple times that Rehab's estimator was working with our adjuster on the estimate.I requested a 3 way call through rehab with the estimator through rehab and my insurance adjuster, after 3 weeks of hearing nothing I finally got fed up and called my insurance company myself to figure out what was going on.When the 3rd party company that they work with came to drop the materials on Sept 29th, they pulled the truck into our driveway they hit a giant branch off of our tree, almost hit our garage door, left tire marks and leaked oil all over our new driveway, and hit the retaining wall at our mailbox.They did not mention any of this to us. The roof was completed on Sept 30th and I was told the gutters are 3 week turnaround time.Fast forward, the gutter work is finally scheduled to be completed on Nov 21 or 22nd I did not get a firm date,both days came and went and nobody showed up to my home.I received no call,no text,no email explaining the no show.I had to contact them and let them know that nobody showed as they had no idea the work did not get completed or why.We later figured out there was an issue at another job so they just did not come.This was to replace the existing gutters,as well as putting in an additional downspout.At this point I requested to speak with a supervisor,on Friday Nov 25th. I was told I would be receiving a phone call from him on Saturday November 26th after 2pm.No phone call.That following Monday I was told again a supervisor would be reaching out after 2pm.I clarified once again that I work Mon-Fri 8:30-5:30 and can not answer the phone at 2pm.The call was rescheduled for 5:15pm.I did not receive a phone call until 45 minutes after the scheduled time at which point I could not answer.So it got rescheduled again for the next day.I was given an apology and told I would get a date for the gutter work the following day.The next day comes and I am told the crew leader was out sick,but I would be told a date first thing the following morning.By 2pm the next day I again had to reach out as I had not been given a date.At this point we are already at Dec 1st.I am told work will be completed on Dec 6th.They came on the 6th and replaced the existing gutters,but did not install the additional downspout that we agreed to.I texted our rep that we had been working with that evening & got no response,the following day by 2pm I,again,had not heard anything so I reached out again to find out the status of the additional downspout only to be told they "forgot" about it and would come back out to install.I was never informed of when this would be taking place.Thankfully they showed up on Dec 9th to take care of the additional downspout.Now the work is completed and I get the invoice.The final invoice had to be corrected and sent over 3 separate times.On January 5th I reached out to the rep I was working with and asked to schedule a call as I had questions on the 2nd invoice I was sent.I noticed they were charging me over $1k for "work not being done".I did not hear back from the rep on scheduling a call until almost a full week later on January 11th,and don't worry 2 days later I was asked about when they would be receiving final payment.At this point the 3rd "corrected" invoice had already been sent to me removing that charge,this came through on Jan 9th.The work the company does is good,and so far the roof has held up great,but they desperately need to work on their communication and timing skills.I am including screen shots of texts between myself and the reps with this company,as well as screenshots of the 3 different invoices sent out to me. read more

Be very careful when considering this roofing company. Their process for billing is sneaky and unethical. Our roof was completed in November of 2018 and paid for in full. The following year (April 2019) Rehab Construction contacted my insurance company attempting to bill for additional services, that's 5 months later. It is now January 2020 and Rehab Construction continues to call both my insurance company and myself for additional money. The original date of loss was September 14, 2018, and Rehab construction is still trying to obtain additional funds to date, which is January 15, 2020. Its been a nightmare to deal with! read more
