I love everything about Leonidas Roofing! From start to…read morefinish the normally stressful situation of getting a new roof ran smoothly thanks to the owner Austin's mastery of the complexities of insurance settlement claims, great customer service, as well as a high level of integrity. They had many excellent 5 star reviews so called for a quote. Austin came out the next day to examine the roof damage from the tornado. He even read the policy to better explain it to me in a way I could comprehend. I immediately felt comfortable with Austin and chose Leonidas Roofing from their other great reviews, and Austin's conscientious, competent demeanor. It was a gut instinct, and I went with it. So glad I did. After letting him know that I received my insurance claim settlement documents he and his lovely wife came by with a brochure which showed varying grades of roofing material, specs, as well as shingle color options to choose from. His wife helped me choose the most perfect color option. He patiently explained the confusing insurance claim settlement information to me in verbiage that I could easily understand, giving me a detailed explanation of what the insurance company was paying for, what my deductible was, and what I would owe Leonidas after the roofing was complete. He patiently listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. They clearly explained the whole process from start to finish, including any possible extra costs ahead of time so there were no surprises. The roof install was scheduled for a few days later. The roofing crew was kind and respectful. They completed the majority of a very large roof in just one day and came back to finish and clean up the next day. The appearance, quality, and craftsmanship is amazingly beautiful and symmetrical. They did a meticulous clean-up of all the roofing debris after completion as well. I could not be happier with Leonidas roofing. The communication, guarantee, pricing, quality of material, appearance of the roof, and the integrity of Leonidas Roofing is the very best. They completely exceeded my expectations. I recommend them to anyone in need of a quality, affordable roof with no stress, and excellent customer service.

After the job was done he called me back to ensure expectations were met. Not many companies today are interested in serving their clients to ensure they are satisfied. We threw St. Louis Roofing and Exteriors on the list just because the reviews on Yelp seemed pretty good. Wow, were we impressed! We got a prompt call back and an estimator looked at the roof the next day. Our estimate was very detailed, offering several options. St. Louis Roofing and Exteriors had the best price and we really appreciated the fact that they didn't try to sell us a bunch of other things we really didn't need. Work on our roof was started fairly quickly and completed in an amazing 2-3 days. Our property was cleaned up thoroughly and we were happy. For a while. Then it rained and our new beautiful roof leaked. We called to complain and they got right back with us, came out quickly and worked on the roof some more. It was still leaking so they came out a second time and it's been dry as bone ever since. Is that great customer service, or what? No excuses, no arguments, they just got right on it and made it right. We've since moved to the Kansas City area or we would have them work on our home again in an instant! I came home to my parking spot and ramp to enter my home blocked, I asked the construction worker to move the truck, he attempted to ignore me. I had to honk at him repeatedly and wait about 10 minutes to get them to move. I also found out my neighbor had told them to move as soon as they parked in the spot and they ignored them and parked illegally. The next day they knocked on my door 4 separate times while I worked from home trying to force me to move my car from my accessible spot to get out of there way even though the HOA rep had said nothing about people needing to move for them, and again not what accessible spots are made for. Construction on the project got delayed 5 days beyond there promised timeline. They were made aware I needed access and still blocked access, don't give excuses do better. Avoid this company if you don't want to be dissatisfied.
