Great Company Used them for years and Castellon ( their exteriors cleaning outfit) for gutter cleaning for my self and dozens of my customers. A+ service all around read more

UPDATE: The owners of Wall2Wall are not only customer focus but also professional. Understanding my frustration and unhappiness about the incident below; I received a call from one of the owners asking how he could right the situation and make me happy. He got a crew out to my home within 2-3 hours and they did a superb job providing the services I requested. I'm very thankful. After the job was done he called me back to ensure expectations were met. Not many companies today are interested in serving their clients to ensure they are satisfied. I definitely recommend Wall 2Wall services. ********** I waited 2 weeks after making an appointment for power wash & gutters cleaning. Upon arrival I was told they couldn't do the job because they needed different tools and required 2 persons to perform the task. It was frustrating that they prepared accordingly since they had cleaned the gutters previously. A waste of my time since I stayed home so I could pay upon XPC and exam the power wash effectiveness. So disappointed!!!! read more

Wall 2 Wall was great to deal with from beginning to end. They were very friendly in the initial call. They sent me an email the business day before the scheduled date as promised with a 4 hour window. They showed up during that window with a leader and 2 person team. We established the windows to be cleaned and they got to work. They cleaned 15 windows in about 1.5 - 2 hours and left everything in great shape. I would highly recommend them for window cleaning. It's great to know we can still count on some people to do a job as agreed on in such a professional way! Thank you Wall 2 Wall! read more

Did a great job for our full house deep clean. They did miss some harder to reach places like behind the toilets and a small corner of our kitchen. Everything else looked great and they got the job done in a timely manner. Felt pricing was very reasonable! Friendly staff as well read more

We have used and loved the Christmas Lights and power washing services. The services were so great that we intend to be annual clients for these services. Cat is their customer service rep and is extremely responsive and on point! The one service that did not go as well as we hoped was the gutter guard install. 5" gutter guard was installed in our 4" gutters. We should of have a discussion prior to attempting the project. The gutter guards are functional but cramming a product that is too big resulted in some places where it doesn't look ideal. read more

Wall 2 Wall has been power washing our two-story white house siding every 18 months or so. Their equipment is much more effective than our own power washer, and they use a safe treatment that kills any mold or mildew. Their technicians are always friendly and receptive to any specific instructions. I previously attempted this project from time to time myself and am happy to turn it over to professionals! read more

Paid for exterior and interior window washing... about $700. Job well done except they missed a window. Hired for interior house cleaning. A woman in a bad mood showed up late and then complained I should have ordered a "deep clean" because there was too much to do. No one suggested that when I booked the service and they knew how large much house is yet sent only one person. So next I ordered a "deep clean." 2 hours after they were supposed to show up I get a text that they are running late. I cancelled as my time waiting at home for them was wasted. I rescheduled. The morning of the 2nd appointment the dispatcher calls and says they can't make it. Rescheduled again. This time two women showed up... one without a smile and the other with. After 4 hours they said they were "done" but it was immediately apparent this was NOT a deep clean of any kind, but rather a standard clean done by 2 people at once. Things that should be part of a deep clean weren't touched (baseboards, under furniture, shutters, corners). And things that should be part of a standard clean were not even done. They vacuumed the hardwood (barely, dust was still visible and they skipped the stairs) and didn't mop it. And when I asked them to, they used a thin little mop with nothing but a little water on it. I thought they were supposed to bring all the supplies? If not, I had a closet full of Boniva. No one asked or took initiative. They left dead bugs on the floors in corners and didn't bother to lift up chairs on a dining room rug to vacuum under them. There is dust they left behind on multiple surfaces of lamps, chairs, window sills, baseboards, and under objects. Bathrooms seemed clean but on close inspection they didn't bother to try and remove hard water spots from chrome finishes, or dirty patches on laundry room tile. I gave one of them a roll of small trashcan liners for all the bathroom trashcans. The roll was left out in the living room and all the cans had been emptied but new liners were not put in, causing me to have to go throughout the house and put them in. For $400 I got a lipstick job, which may have worked if I had lost my glasses that day. read more

Baseboard wasn't dusted nor washed after deep cleaning service. The cost was $100 per hour for 2 cleaners. I wanted them to throughly clean so I didn't put price limit and the company said the cleaners will stay until deep cleaning is done. The cleaners stayed 3.5 hrs then tried to leave before telling me it was done. I caught them and asked if it was done, they said yes, but they didn't ask me to check if there is any areas needed to be addressed. After they left, found baseboard was very dusty, shower glasses are foggy, bed was not made right. Honestly I have never experienced this level of low quality cleaning service in the past. I feel that employees were not trained well. Not recommended. read more

Castellan Pro Wash - Lots of dust due to recent moving and contractors work in the house... they didn't even dust during deep cleaning - Window Washing Near Me

I have been having Wall 2 Wall Cleaning periodically clean my gutters. I had an issue with my most recent cleaning. They were polite and responsive. A quality manager promptly came out to meet with me, wore face mask and maintained social distance. He scheduled a clean up team and they did a very good job. I very much appreciate the good customer service. read more

I would definitely recommend this business. They are very reliable and priced right. I have been thoroughly impressed with the outside cleaning services offered - exterior house cleaning, gutter cleaning, driveway and porch. I have used the inside maid services a few times. This is where they lose a star. It was not great, but I can only take one star away because they had excellent customer service and sent someone else back to take care of the problems right away. So, I would definitely try them out! read more

They have done pressure washing of my house, deck, pergola, patio, and landscaping blocks (not everything every year) for several years now. Prices are good, and they usually offer a discount for multiple services or other reasons. They have always done an excellent job, without any damage. This past year, the crew missed some of the landscaping blocks around my bushes. I called the next morning, and the lady politely took the information, checked with the crew supervisor, and told me they'd be out the next day to get the missed spots. They followed up with an email telling me when the appointment was, and got it done. read more

The technician that power washed our house did an excellent job. He waited for the cleaning solution to work then power washed it off. The siding looks like new. Great job! read more

I have used Wall to Wall for several different things such as hanging Christmas light, power washing my home, cleaning gutters and window cleaning. I was 100% satisfied with their work. The technicians were very respectful and courteous. They completed their work with pride. read more

I was very pleased with our house pressure washing service, house looks great. The man who performed the service, kept me informed and was very professional. My only complaint would be, I was told I'd get an email with a timeframe and I never did. read more

We used Wall 2 Wall for power washing our pool deck, front walkway and stone wall, front porch, and cleaning our gutters (premium). The workers were very professional, personable, and just plain nice! They did their work in a timely manner and communicated with me when they were done. We would definitely use Wall 2 Wall again and hopefully get the same crews!!! read more

I hired Wall2Wall to install gutter screens on the backside gutters of my house where it's three stories above ground level. The team arrived on time and got right to work. They were done on the prescribed time and Kevin took photos of the installation so I could see their work. They were friendly and professional! I would hire Wall2Wall again without hesitation. The administrative phone staff was friendly and efficient as well! I thought their pricing was fair too. read more

I switched to Wall 2 Wall cleaning when I needed someone with a more flexible schedule. They have certainly delivered, working with me to find a day and time that meets my needs, not giving me a hard time when I had to suspend service due to other problems with my house. You'll get an email reminder the business day before the service is planned and they're very quick to respond to emails. Extremely reasonable pricing, a nice checklist left with everything they've done during that visit, and the opportunity to provide feedback. If there is anything you want done differently, that is noted and corrected promptly. Best part, they don't charge for an expensive deep clean the first time they just break it up over the course of their first few visits. They also take credit cards and you can set up auto billing, which is a huge bonus to me. read more

The owner has addressed the cold call issues so I'll leave a neutral review now since yelp doesnt allow review removals.

Steve did our soft wash power cleaning of our home and did an excellent job. He looked for areas that needed special cleaning and made sure the house looked great. The company is very reliable and they stand behind their 18 month guarantee for no mold return on the house. Would highly recommend this company. read more

We just had Wall 2 Wall to clean our house windows. @ people showed up working on our windows. We did not pay attention when they were working, they seemed to be hard working and polite people, so at the end we even gave they $40 tips. However, afterwards we noticed that they did a very lousy job, they were supposed to clean each window inside and out, including the screens. It turned out that they did not clean the window screens at all. None of the 53 window's screens was cleaned, spider web and dust are still all over the screens. The window track still looks dirty although there are at least signs of being cleaned, just not as thoroughly as they should be. However the screens show no sign of being even touched, they simply took them off one by one and put them back without cleaning them at all!!!! We feel deeply regret for hiring Wall 2 Wall and we do not know how we can our money back or at least partially refunded. read more

We used Wall 2 Wall for the first time last week. They pressure washed our house/sidewalk. They did a fabulous job--especially around our sunroom and deck where there was a lot of staining on the siding. Everything sparkles now! read more

We've used Wall 2 Wall multiple times for gutter cleaning and house washing. They always do a fantastic job, show up on time and are professional. I'm considering using their house cleaning service as well. Highly recommend for any of their services based on our experiences. read more

We requested several exterior services for our house in St. Charles including cleaning the siding, cleaning the composite deck, and washing the outside of the gutters. They were all extremely dirty. They sent out a guy named Christian. We cannot say enough good things about him. His appearance, professionalism, and standard of work was all top notch. He showed up when expected, very politely introduced himself, and explained what he would be doing to confirm it's what we requested. Then he started working. When he was finished, the house was spotless. He took great care with any items he had to move (furniture on the deck, grill, planters, etc). We have yet to find a spot that he missed. If all of the workers are like him, you will be extremely happy with the whole experience. read more

We have had Wall 2 Wall clean our gutters 2 times (second time was a mistake, I had forgotten the experience the first time) and each time the only did a partial job. The first time they did come back and actually clean the gutters but the second time they never even came back. Both time they spent very little time on the job. I think they may have cleaned around the downspouts but didn't check any other locations. read more

Wall 2 Wall is a great company. They are professional and punctual. We had our fence, deck and patio powerwashed and the results were fantastic. I highly recommend them and plan to use them in the future. Thank you for a great experience! read more

Recently moved into a new home and the vinyl siding was very dirty. Wall 2 Wall gave me a competitive quote and was out the next week to power wash the exterior. The technicians were very helpful and worked quickly. I was happy with the service and I've hired them for more cleaning services as a result. read more

I have not even had these people to my home and would give them 0 stars if I could. I first scheduled window washing on Wednesday. No one ever came. I called Wall 2 Wall and they could not give me a reason for not coming. I rescheduled for Friday afternoon. On Thursday I received an email saying I had been rescheduled to Friday morning. I specifically chose Friday afternoon as I would not be home in the morning. I cannot deal with such an inefficient company and will take my business elsewhere. read more

I regret using Wall 2 Wall services to clean my windows. This service needs a lot of improving. We ordered the standard window cleaning. The windows are still very dirty, especially the window sills. I wish I would have known that when they say they will wipe down the window sills, it is one literal wipe and that is it. I wish I would have saved my $200 and done it myself. They also misplaced a screen on the second floor. Instead of replacing it where it was before, which was on the window that you open, they placed it on the window pane above the window that opens. First of all, this is just careless, this is common sense where this screen would go and they did it wrong. Second of all, this is on our second level, so now we have to climb a ladder to replace the screen to its appropriate place. Again, save your money and either do it yourself, use a different company or maybe try one of their upgraded cleans (although I would still be hesitant). They did have great customer service and communication, so I did appreciate that. Overall seems like a company with nice people, but there is much room for improvement in their services. read more

Wall to Wall is professional and thorough. Their customer service is by far the best I've experienced. They are always on time and complete the work with quality in mind.
