She said that their window cleaners come out, clean the windows, think they look good, the customer thinks they look good, and then the customer calls back later. Whoever I just talked to at Dave's Window Cleaning just nearly took a bite out of me for saying so. $400 later and I still need my windows cleaned. Steer clear of this company! Like all houses, the siding facing north does not get exposure of the sun's UV rays, so the green and black mold (aka 'gunk') will grow on the north side. A week or so we were driving along Old State and saw the sign introducing us to Sharky Clean. I texted them to ask for a quote. They were very responsive that evening and then had the quote available the next day. The price was very reasonable. After a quick call to understand what's possible, Chadd confirmed 1. Their cleaner is eco-friendly 2. Cleans siding 3. Also helps clean the outside of gutters (not leaves inside, but the paint on the outside of the gutters) 4. They spray once with the soap 5. They then rinse off with water 6. They are quite responsive So we scheduled them for a Friday, on what happened to be a day I worked remotely ("from home"). Chadd and Phil were very helpful, introducing themselves, sharing what they were about to do, and letting us know they had everything under control. When it was time to get them to the back porch, they were patient as I shifted to a work call to them and then back to the work call. When they were done it was amazing how clean the house was and still is. Spider webs, general grit and grime... all gone! I didn't think that tree would come down this year after the other quotes I got in the past. I accepted the job on a Friday, and by Wednesday, he had a team of four here to take it down. The owner himself was up in the tree making the big cuts. I asked to keep the big logs of wood, and they neatly stacked everything on the side of my house. They also took down some limbs on our big oak tree in the backyard. It's a really difficult spot, but they got it done without any damage.
