Very Good House Cleaning; Great service before, during and after…read more We live in Ellisville, and our home exterior is part brick and part siding. Like all houses, the siding facing north does not get exposure of the sun's UV rays, so the green and black mold (aka 'gunk') will grow on the north side. A week or so we were driving along Old State and saw the sign introducing us to Sharky Clean. I texted them to ask for a quote. They were very responsive that evening and then had the quote available the next day. The price was very reasonable. After a quick call to understand what's possible, Chadd confirmed 1. Their cleaner is eco-friendly 2. Cleans siding 3. Also helps clean the outside of gutters (not leaves inside, but the paint on the outside of the gutters) 4. They spray once with the soap 5. They then rinse off with water 6. They are quite responsive So we scheduled them for a Friday, on what happened to be a day I worked remotely ("from home"). Chadd and Phil were very helpful, introducing themselves, sharing what they were about to do, and letting us know they had everything under control. When it was time to get them to the back porch, they were patient as I shifted to a work call to them and then back to the work call. When they were done it was amazing how clean the house was and still is. Spider webs, general grit and grime... all gone! The quote process was through text and their app. The invoice process was through text and their app and supports credit cards and Apple Pay. Chadd and Phil, and the rest of the Sharky Clean team - THANK YOU!

We have added them to our home file and have been recommending them to everyone. Two young men arrived and were very professional throughout. They took great pains to protect all of our gardens and considerable foliage by wetting them down first and then carefully moving their hoses to protect the vegetation. They did a beautiful job! We had one minor issue and brought it to the attention of the owner who responded immediately and took care of it. This company does great work in their field, but possibly even more valuable is their commitment to excellent customer service. In 2023 that is treasured and especially so for its rarity. I woke up late and tired and as I took the dog out I heard a noise and wondered what it was... the neighbors were having their home power washed. We had our home power washed two years ago and I hadn't noticed any green, but with the sunrise and its low rays illuminating the north side I noticed some green had returned; since it was not incredibly visible I could have waited... but why? So I walked over and observed and asked some questions and then asked and confirmed they could squeeze us in. I needed to get to the office and my wonderful wife was up and worked to make sure Power Washing Pros STL had all they needed, which was just themselves and their power sprayer which sprays high... well over the neighbor's three-story roof! And now two of our homes have north siding that is only its original color - so nice! Thank you, Power Washing Pros, STL!!
