They came out and would make some lame excuse but never could find the problem of course I was still charged for their service. Three years ago, they supposedly put in a new unit which cost me $2400. Then another three years had passed, and the compressor went out which turned out to be holes in their hoses, which they did not catch. so they replaced the compressor and hoses compressor was still under warranty. They said it was covered. I received a huge bill for 925.00 out of the blue so I called them because I thought everything was covered. The secretary advised that the only thing covered was the part, the labor and everything else was not covered, but no one advised me I would be getting that high of a bill and I am 79 years old on a fixed income. I think they're business practices are terrible and I will never use them again and I will advise everyone that I meet and will listen to me to never use them rip off artists again.. People should not take advantage of senior citizens that is wrong on a whole new level.
