So it did not concern me when I saw the review about the invoice and this company not being paid for their services so I went ahead and made arrangements very important to me as I'm selling my house the timing is time sensitive. I made the appointment one week in advance. He confirmed the weekend prior then he no-showed and ghosted me. Not easy to find another vendor with only a 48 hour window left. In the future, I recommend if this vendor does not want to do services please decline or at least have the decency to cancel ahead of time so that people can make other arrangements.
