They did the work on a Sunday, since it had rained Saturday. Patrick was my contact person, and kept me updated during all phases of the work. Where to begin. #1…read more Our friends use to own this company and sold it to the new owner Jake. This company is no longer owned by anyone in the Gallagher family. #2. Willie at Gallagher is a straight up con man and lied about everything from siding to gutter guards. #3. Gallagher uses all unvetted illegal labor on your home. The horrendous job completed by them resulted in over 40 different issues excluding the fact that they did not waterproof my house by replacing the Tyvek and blatantly lied to my face about it. I had them pull back the siding and could see the results, they apologized and replaced the entire job after much deliberation. #4. They (Willie) went out of their way to show me these beautiful aluminum gutter guards and had me hold them showing me what was going on my house. They tore off all of my perfectly fine gutter guards and replaced them with cheap crap that blows off constantly all over my house. #5. When contacting Gallagher attempting to speak to the owner, he blocked me. When I requested that they either follow through with what was promised or replace what I had before they ever touched them, they EXTORTED me for an additional $1,700. BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT HIRE THIS SHADY COMPANY.

Linda Dazey agreed…read more When she asked for me to come and inspect the home after her cleaning time was done in only 3 hours, she and her son explained that the weren't able to clean what I had requested but that they could come the next day after they were wanting to charge me $585 for services not completed and then would be coming back to charge me again. I texted her to not come back the next day because I was so upset with the work I still had to do being that I was very ill at the time. After they left, I inspected what was done more thoroughly and the home was dusty in which I took pictures to have on record. I explained to Linda that the price for not doing what I requested was unreasonable, she threatened to take me to court. I paid the amount she wanted to avoid this threat again, but it is completely unfair. I will not be hiring her back. I will hire someone who is honest.

When they told us that they could clean them we were skeptical but after thinking about the cost and mess difference we decided to give the cleaning a shot. We are so glad we did! Our floors look amazing. It's better than we could have hoped and could not be more thrilled with the results! Kevin's crew did a great job even cleaning up the glass from an exterior light fixture that crashed on concrete while they were there. (It was a super blustery day). Thanks Amant's for going beyond the expected.

Amant's Don't floor-shame me too much, please. My darkish…read morebrown kitchen tile grout was a light tan 13 years ago. Apparently, grout should be sealed every few years. Who knew? I was going to do it myself, but I couldn't even get the grout clean. I called the flooring company that installed our tile for help. They recommended Amant's, a floor care co. they've used for years. Kevin Amant came out and provided a free estimate. He patiently answered all my questions. When I called to schedule, they made sure they knew exactly what I wanted and were able to come out within a week. Jeff and Scott were the professionals who cleaned and sealed the tile on my kitchen and bathroom floors, sealed the kitchen backsplash grout, and cleaned some heavily trafficked carpet stairs that proved we raised several kids and dogs and lead active lives. These guys have been doing what they do for almost 30 years each! They were so thorough. They really scrubbed the floor, even getting into the corners and edges. And the stairs look amazing. They also had time to clean a couple small rugs for me. And they put up with my two inquisitive little doodle dogs. I took advantage of the new customer coupon on their website for 10% off the first service. Nice. I plan to have them come back after the holidays and do the wood floors. Then maybe I'll be one of those "no shoes in the house" people.
