Carol and her team did a wonderful job. They were courteous, personable, and friendly. They use very simple cleaners that get the job done. No harsh abrasives, and Carol really knows her way around furniture and appliances, like what cleaners work best and when only water will get the job done. I was so impressed with their work. I passed on their contact to my old landlords and hired Plum Happy to do regular cleanings of my new place once I'm unpacked. I highly recommend Plum Happy Cleaning!

I texted her to not come back the next day because I was so upset with the work I still had to do being that I was very ill at the time. After they left, I inspected what was done more thoroughly and the home was dusty in which I took pictures to have on record. I explained to Linda that the price for not doing what I requested was unreasonable, she threatened to take me to court. I paid the amount she wanted to avoid this threat again, but it is completely unfair. I will not be hiring her back. I will hire someone who is honest.

Mr. Triggs, the owner, was incredibly patient and respectful in answering all my questions and really went out of his way to prove that he's a legit, professional mover. He was also super responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the process. Their rate was also reasonable, and on moving day, Mr. Triggs and his teammate were efficient, respectful, and clearly knew what they were doing. They had protective materials ready to go. Everything went smoothly and I felt totally safe and taken care of. In a heartbeat I'd support a small business like this again. These guys are true hard workers and hustlers. I'll definitely be recommending them to my friends. Thank you so much for all your help & good luck with the business

He was incredibly kind and professional, explaining their whole process and reminding me that I would pay only when finished and completely satisfied. The carpet cleaning was done very quickly and the carpets look beautiful and dried very quickly. A week later they came to do my air ducts in a three story older home. No miss, or fuss. Great professional. The equipment was clean and they were very careful of my hardwood floors and painted ducts. At the end they showed me before and after pictures, recommended a couple of vents be replaced and other hints to help keep things clean. The tech was very nice and professional. A follow-up call was placed to ensure I was happy and later a thank you card. So nice to deal with people and not "bots". To top it off this bid was just under half that submitted by Academy Air and there was no upselling. Highly recommend.
