This business has a very, very dishonest operation. My family has had a cleaning person for about…read more40 years. So definitely not strangers to the industry and standards. Over the past year of working with Kayla there have been consistent changes to her prices without notification, consistent attempts to nickel and dime an extra dollar out of us. She charges for every single dish she loads to every single thing she folds. When our normal cleaning went up by $100 out of nowhere a few weeks ago we inquired to why that was and she informed us that we are now paying a $20 Venmo transaction fee in addition to all these other charges to the same stuff she's been doing for a year. She did not notify us before she raised her prices either. When my family decided to terminate services with her, she referenced a contract that says she needs 30 day notice before ending. A few weeks ago we gave her notice that her rising prices were not something we can continue to do and she said she understood and then this week informed us that she needs an additional 30 days of payment to terminate the contract. When we asked her to at least clean if we have to pay $1000 (2 cleanings) can you at least do the cleaning. She refused stating after we complained about the prices she doesn't feel comfortable working for us. So she's got VERY thin skin. Words cannot express how dishonest this person is. It's really nice that she has a spreadsheet and she itemize all the things she has done which makes her come off as incredibly professional, but what it actually has shown itself to be incredibly dishonest, deceitful, & shady practices. As a business owner myself and having a family that has multiple businesses, we are very familiar with the nuances of entrepreneurship, but we are also big believers in honesty and transparency and this person does not uphold that in anyway. Recently we have found that she has been posting photos of our home (master bath and messy kitchen) on yelp and Google without any consent or permission. Legally, this is called Unauthorized invasion of privacy. This is grossly illegal. Good thing we have a lawyer in the family and will probably be dealing with her accordingly. ***update: She continues to lie in response to my review. This person is continuously disgusting and I'm sure she's gonna just continue to get this review removed. Remember good & honest people don't go around calling themselves a "good & honest person", they just are!

I am writing to express serious concerns about the service your company has provided to my parents,…read moreBrian and Janet. First, the professionalism of the staff has been unacceptable. On multiple occasions, when my parents asked simple questions--such as whether something had been or would be cleaned--they were ignored entirely. Additionally, workers have left the home without informing them, which is both disrespectful and concerning given their age (81 and 77). I am also extremely disappointed in the quality of the cleaning itself. After the last two scheduled cleanings, I personally inspected the home immediately afterward. What I found was unacceptable: Dust remained on top of the microwave--undisturbed across multiple visits. Dog hair and debris were left under the kitchen table, and the floor was still sticky. The carpet in the dog's room appeared untouched. These are not minor oversights--they are clear signs that large portions of the home are being missed. Your company promotes exceptional ratings, but upon closer review, there appears to be a pattern: customers are satisfied with initial deep cleans, but ongoing weekly services decline in quality. Unfortunately, that has been exactly my parents' experience. My parents paid $140 for a partial cleaning of their home, yet based on what was actually completed, the service delivered was nowhere near that value. At a minimum, I expect: A personal apology to my parents. I strongly encourage you, as the owner, to personally inspect their home. The current condition does not reflect the standards your company claims to uphold.

Unbelievable. I am so incredibly disappointed and upset…read morewith our services. My wife and I just bought a house, and wanted to get it deep cleaned before we moved in. We scheduled a "Move-In" clean. The cleaners were really nice when they got there. We returned a few hours later to what I can only describe as it literally looked like no one cleaned anything- aside from using stainless steel cleaner on the fridge and stove. There was dust everywhere, flies in the windowsills, old food/grease behind the refrigerator, markings/grime/dirt on the walls, marks on the floor, grime in the cabinets, and one of our outlets was hanging sideways. I am being completely honest and not even trying to embellish this- it was horrifying. I called to let them know all of this. I offered pictures and described into detail everything that was missed. They told me "we don't clean walls, "we don't pull out refrigerators," and "we don't move outlets...?" Why/how would this be a "move-in" cleaning if you don't clean these things?? How did the outlet just get to be that way?? Anyway, they offered to do a "re-clean" or to refund me only PARTIALLY. I opted for the re-clean. They sent the same people and we were worried... for good reason. We went back and the only thing that was "re-cleaned" was behind the fridge. Excuse me? They claim to be "meticulous" and have a "100% guarantee." I'd like to see that. I really am not trying to be a "Karen" but this is really unacceptable for a $300 job. I am completely disappointed and shocked. Please spend your money somewhere else.

She provided a quote based on that info (square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms), and I approved it quickly since we had just spoken. My fault for not catching the limited scope. I had agreed to pay by the hour, so I'm not sure why they were so inflexible about cleaning the entire space. When the cleaners arrived, they told me they were only cleaning the main level and not the upstairs. I called to resolve the issue and requested they clean the full area, but instead I was told I wasn't a "good fit," and the cleaners were pulled from the job. I was also falsely accused of yelling, though I was speaking in a normal tone. Very frustrating and unprofessional experience -- I do not recommend this service.
