Amazing service and Nicole is so friendly! Trust them to clean when we're not at home

The cleaning i received from this company was unsatisfactory and even when they went back to re-clean it they still did not do a decent job. I was informed by my rental company of this fact and shone pictures. When asking for a refund I was told that it was outside of their window for refund and essentially denied. It was my mistake to chose a company without an established history and I will not make that mistake again. Also their was some issues regarding leaving my AC on 50 degrees in the summer with the patio door open all night that didn't get turned off until I got there much, much later. read more

I had scheduled a deep cleaning of our house before we moved in and was really excited to find this place - the reviews seemed good and the deep cleaning involved everything we wanted. I scheduled it for the morning and moved stuff around at work so I could let them in, but while waiting at the house and after the time passed - no cleaners had arrived. I called a couple of times and no answer. Finally I got a call telling me that they had to reschedule. This was annoying, but I know things come up so I said fine and rescheduled for later in the day. Next attempt wasn't until like 4pm and they were late again without any call. The cleaners seemed nice and they weren't the ones originally supposed to come, so I was just happy to have something. But the cleaning was subpar, especially given the checklist of things that are supposed to be cleaned. It was getting dark and the cleaners did not want to be there and the whole thing felt really weird. So many things weren't cleaned and it felt like a huge waste of money. It was the most frustrating because I confirmed a couple of times everything that would be cleaned and this was not what was done. read more

Jessica was very prompt in replying to our project request. I do like that they are back by Yelp, with a Yelp guarantee. Jessica sent a lot and very informative information as well as a checklist. Some things that were on the standard we did not want versus some of the stuff on the deep checklist we did want. Pricing was much higher then other quotes as well. Great communication. read more

They responded quickly and arrived earlier than scheduled which was nice. I appreciated them fitting me in last minute. This was a post renovation clean so there was a lot of dust to clean. I was cleaning the property while they worked. Some areas they cleaned well but I had to clean things after them. I watched him mop the floor with one dirty mop head. The dirt was just smeared around the floor. I cleaned it after they left and picked up so much grime. I was disappointed for the most part. read more

I recieved the move out cleaning service. Overall I had a fantastic experience with my service. Scheduling was streamlined and the owner is very responsive during the quoting process. There was some confusion the day of the service due to me mistyping the address. The owner and cleaner were extremely understanding and patient in the rerouting to the correct location. There were some stains on window sills and the bathtub that I knew were simply not going to be removed. After trying their best, the cleaner was fully transparent that those stain would not lift and sent photos. We used Lemon for weekly cleanings for a few months and they did a good job providing consistent cleaning. You can tell folks are trained to a certain standard as they take care of little things like folding the toilet paper on the roll. I was told initially that the same person would come every week but that didn't happen, it was someone new each time. Not a big deal but if you're not wanting multiple people in your house each week it's something to be aware of. They're very responsive and flexible with schedule changes plus have affordable pricing. It's easy to schedule and pay on their app. Two thumbs up! read more

He needed a deep clean and they did a very thorough job. His apartment hasn't been this clean in years. I live out of town and it was easy to coordinate with them, even with the distance. They lack the manpower to complete the task. I requested a moving in/out cleaning service for my 2,300 sq ft two-bedroom apartment. However, they only sent one man. Nothing was done in accordance with their list of items sent. I had to clean alongside the employee to complete some of the tasks. read more

I would not recommend this company! We paid for a deep clean and feel we received a basic wipe down. The cleaning ladies showed up during COVD with no masks. Then she asked to us our cleaning supplies, vacuum and ladder, when I asked if she brought the supplies, her response was she did not want to get it out of the car. We found things to just get a wipe down in our house, if you want to call it that. We had crumbs in cabinets, drawers were not wiped out, hair in sink, kitchen light fixtures were still dusty, and cob webs when the cleaning ladies left. We were not happy and ended up cleaning ourselves, which is sad because we had to pay to clean ourselves. read more
