I called to schedule my windows to be cleaned and they were several weeks out, so I scheduled the back windows in great room. on the day of the cleaning the kid shows up and rings my doorbell non stop. He comes into our home and has an incorrect work order and dials his supervisor, Preston and hands me the phone. Preston was rude and therefore I cancelled the cleaning. I go out in front of my home and their truck leaked oil on my driveway. I called to speak to the owner John and he was like "what do you want me to do"! I found that offensIve and unbelievable that an owner of the business did not apologiz and at least offer to clean the oil off my driveway. Fish Windows is no longer my go to window cleaner and I will tell everyone in my neighborhood about the experience.
