I asked for all the windows in my building to be cleaned. They quoted me one price, that employee left. A different employee sent me the quote, and it had another $120 charge on it. I contacted them and asked why, and he said they didn't count all the windows, but would honor the original quote. When they got here the crew was told to only do 3 sides of the building. I told them no, the quote was supposed to be for the whole building. I told them that was shading and I would be leaving a review. The guy shows me a picture of the building and shows only 3 sides marked. I said I have never seen that photo and the agreement was for the entire building. They tell me they can do the whole thing, but it will cost more. After that the manager calls me and tells me it would cost more to do the entire building, we agreed to not do business with each other. The price switching was shady at best. read more

They say they use eco friendly materials...but it's chlorine that they seemingly don't properly dilute and the neighborhood smells like bleach for days. My neighbor's house was treated (not mine) and it burned their landscaping as well as mine. My neighbors potted plants were broken, as well. The treatment also hit the painted wood on the side of my house and left long streak marks. The only solution they offered was to use more chemicals...We didn't trust them to go on our property again. Their chlorine also hit my vegetable garden as witnessed by my neighbor. I requested that my soil be replaced which would cost roughly 100$. The manager said yes (even offered to deliver it) and then the owner said no. I didn't even ask for compensation for my burned plants. My neighbors entire backyard was burned by their chemicals and failure to prep the area. This company is totally unprofessional. Don't believe anything they write in response ;) they have total disregard for properties. PSA. read more

I called to get a quote almost a year ago. Since the price was twice their competitors I elected to go with another company. Almost immediately I started to get text from total Softwash. I never signed up for texts. I replied stop multiple times to no avail. I called and asked to be removed again no help. I filled out a review online and was assured that I would be permanently removed from their list. 8 months later still getting texts. It seems that if you don't go with their business they are more than willing to harass you I guess some sort of payback for choosing someone else. I can only imagine this is intentional at this point as even the most incompetent company could figure out how to delete a number in a year. If you aren't looking for constant and unending texts I'd recommend anyone else. Plenty of responsible companies out there that won't share your info without your permission. read more
