When I called to inform Mike that the gutter was full of fall leaves and debris in the middle of spring 2 months after I had paid him to clean them; he says its my word against his and I should have contacted him sooner. What am I supposed to do? Fly a drone over my house or climb up on the roof to make sure that he did what I paid him for?
