In fact a large amount was spilled on our deck and they attempted to cover the evidence with leaves. I overheard the crew talking about it! The owner sent out members of the same crew to attempt to remedy after we complained - he was not proactive at all. The crew cleaned some of the windows not all. But the deck is ruined. Like all houses, the siding facing north does not get exposure of the sun's UV rays, so the green and black mold (aka 'gunk') will grow on the north side. A week or so we were driving along Old State and saw the sign introducing us to Sharky Clean. I texted them to ask for a quote. They were very responsive that evening and then had the quote available the next day. The price was very reasonable. After a quick call to understand what's possible, Chadd confirmed 1. Their cleaner is eco-friendly 2. Cleans siding 3. Also helps clean the outside of gutters (not leaves inside, but the paint on the outside of the gutters) 4. They spray once with the soap 5. They then rinse off with water 6. They are quite responsive So we scheduled them for a Friday, on what happened to be a day I worked remotely ("from home"). Chadd and Phil were very helpful, introducing themselves, sharing what they were about to do, and letting us know they had everything under control. When it was time to get them to the back porch, they were patient as I shifted to a work call to them and then back to the work call. When they were done it was amazing how clean the house was and still is. Spider webs, general grit and grime... all gone!
