Once he gets his money, then he lies about when he will get to your job. We talked about a potential job at the beginning of the year. Then he kept saying all through the spring that he had two jobs ahead of ours and would not give us a date. Mid-summer we needed to get our project finished, so we went to another excellent contractor. You would think that an honest person would admit that they were wrong and give you your deposit back, since they did not fulfill their end of the bargain. Not Jason, he kept the 25% and was a real jerk about it. Do yourself a favor and don't get involved!!
