DC did a good job on my property, but I was unhappy with his billing practices…read more I had a handful of odd jobs that needed to be completed. We agreed on a price (verbally) when he came out for the estimate, and said he'd come back out in a week. I should've asked for a contract. After day 1 he asked for 1/2 the payment which I was fine with, but then tacked on about $500 saying it was too hard to complete. After some haggling I agreed. This time I at least had him text me the amount. The following day when he asked for payment, he requested an amount hundreds of dollars more than agreed, assuming I'd forgotten, so I showed him the text after our verbal exchange. Get him to write a contract prior to work.

He got a crew out to my home within 2-3 hours and they did a superb job providing the services I requested. I'm very thankful. After the job was done he called me back to ensure expectations were met. Not many companies today are interested in serving their clients to ensure they are satisfied. I definitely recommend Wall 2Wall services. ********** I waited 2 weeks after making an appointment for power wash & gutters cleaning. Upon arrival I was told they couldn't do the job because they needed different tools and required 2 persons to perform the task. It was frustrating that they prepared accordingly since they had cleaned the gutters previously. A waste of my time since I stayed home so I could pay upon XPC and exam the power wash effectiveness. So disappointed!!!!

I woke up late and tired and as I took the dog out I heard a noise and wondered what it was... the neighbors were having their home power washed. We had our home power washed two years ago and I hadn't noticed any green, but with the sunrise and its low rays illuminating the north side I noticed some green had returned; since it was not incredibly visible I could have waited... but why? So I walked over and observed and asked some questions and then asked and confirmed they could squeeze us in. I needed to get to the office and my wonderful wife was up and worked to make sure Power Washing Pros STL had all they needed, which was just themselves and their power sprayer which sprays high... well over the neighbor's three-story roof! And now two of our homes have north siding that is only its original color - so nice! Thank you, Power Washing Pros, STL!!
