I was informed by my rental company of this fact and shone pictures. When asking for a refund I was told that it was outside of their window for refund and essentially denied. It was my mistake to chose a company without an established history and I will not make that mistake again. Also their was some issues regarding leaving my AC on 50 degrees in the summer with the patio door open all night that didn't get turned off until I got there much, much later.

He put me on the schedule for two day later, but messaged me the next day to ask if he could come that afternoon. So, service was quick! Top Clean has a new system that involves neither. They have a 4 filter system that takes all the chemicals out of the equation, and believe it or not, the windows looked great with no chemicals or soaps involved. Screen cleaning is included in the price. Their extension pole system can reach 4 stories. They were all kind, considerate, and respectful of my property. I will be using them again!
