I was informed by my rental company of this fact and shone pictures. When asking for a refund I was told that it was outside of their window for refund and essentially denied. It was my mistake to chose a company without an established history and I will not make that mistake again. Also their was some issues regarding leaving my AC on 50 degrees in the summer with the patio door open all night that didn't get turned off until I got there much, much later.

They asked me what I wanted them to focus on and I told them the floors since I'm not currently able to do that. When I walked around with my white socks on after they left, they obviously did not do a good job. I took a paper towel and wiped the floor and it was still dirty. The owners of this company were very rude to me when I called to discuss my concerns. I highly recommend you stay away from this service. Shay, the cleaner, was prompt and provided an excellent service. The house is indeed very clean and I appreciate the hard work! The regular cleaning service was $250 + an additional $250 for the deep clean + 20% tip (of course) = $600. Highly recommend. Great value for the price!
