Not a very customer oriented Company. They canceled my bi weekly cleaning after 4 plus years…read morebecause I sent them a text stating I was not happy with my service on the day they cleaned my house. The person cleaning only cleaned the tops of my furniture and not the fronts. I would think it should all be dusted. (I guess not though) My floors hard wood still had dusty spots as well under the furniture. They did send someone to correct it, but the next day I received an email stating they were canceling my service. If I'm paying $190 to have my house cleaned, I should not have to go behind the person and clean what they had missed. It's their loss not mine. Lots of other companies out there.

Jessica sent a lot and very informative information as well as a checklist. Some things that were on the standard we did not want versus some of the stuff on the deep checklist we did want. Pricing was much higher then other quotes as well. Great communication.

Baseboards were not cleaned, dusting was not done, some windows were cleaned but not all. Walls, ceilings, light fixtures were not touched. They asked me what I wanted them to focus on and I told them the floors since I'm not currently able to do that. When I walked around with my white socks on after they left, they obviously did not do a good job. I took a paper towel and wiped the floor and it was still dirty. The owners of this company were very rude to me when I called to discuss my concerns. I highly recommend you stay away from this service. Quality was bad, owners are rude, service Was over priced, and the job was not completed. VERY DISSATISFIED!!!!

I called and they said they would send someone out. They never did. I received a bill in the mail so called the office inquiring when I asked for a re-clean and they never came out. I'm what they missed: - Dusting all over the home - Floors were not mopped - Ceiling lights were not cleaned - Windows we're not cleaned - they skipped an entire bedroom They came out again for the second time. My dogs are nervous dogs as they are rescues and sometimes get nervous pee or poop if they don't know the person (last time they didn't have an accident Molly Maid was there) this time they did. It was not cleaned up and my furniture was just placed over it. I was not called or notified. I have real hardwood floors from 1950. When I called they said they don't "typically" clean up messes. So based on the conversation it depends who it is. I understand this but to not call a customer and let them know "hey we scared your dog / they got nervous and had an accident but we didn't clean it up", should have been done. We have fired them and moving forward with another company.
