When I called in to say that some of our windows still looked bad...and I mean really bad for me to call them, I was practically told off. It was shocking. She said that their window cleaners come out, clean the windows, think they look good, the customer thinks they look good, and then the customer calls back later. That's because when lights hits in the right way you can see the smeary mess all over them. I really can't see how some of our windows were cleaned at all! Whoever I just talked to at Dave's Window Cleaning just nearly took a bite out of me for saying so. $400 later and I still need my windows cleaned. Steer clear of this company! I'm seeing the response to this review by the company owner. They NEVER said anything about coming back to redo the job!! And the only reason I talked over her is because she was doing that to me!! LOL this is getting a little crazy... Here is a photo of one of our windows after the cleaning.

They gave me a quote to paint and to caulk around all the trim throughout my house. They literally didn't touch one inch of trim. My boyfriend and I had started painting beforehand thinking we'd do it ourselves, but with our busy work schedules it was just being drawn out way too long so we called DMP to come finish it and go over what we'd already done with a slightly different shade of gray. There were some spots that were obviously not repainted with the new paint. Also in their quote they stated they were to go over it with 2 coats, which was also a lie. Overall, I'm very disappointed in the quality (if you can call it that) of the work this company did. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone and would steer anyone interested in hiring them in a different direction. Date of work July 2018.

They also took down some limbs on our big oak tree in the backyard. It's a really difficult spot, but they got it done without any damage. They did a great job, even took all the leaves in my front yard during cleanup. Highly recommend!

Very Good House Cleaning; Great service before, during and after…read more We live in Ellisville, and our home exterior is part brick and part siding. Like all houses, the siding facing north does not get exposure of the sun's UV rays, so the green and black mold (aka 'gunk') will grow on the north side. A week or so we were driving along Old State and saw the sign introducing us to Sharky Clean. I texted them to ask for a quote. They were very responsive that evening and then had the quote available the next day. The price was very reasonable. After a quick call to understand what's possible, Chadd confirmed 1. They then rinse off with water 6. They are quite responsive So we scheduled them for a Friday, on what happened to be a day I worked remotely ("from home"). Chadd and Phil were very helpful, introducing themselves, sharing what they were about to do, and letting us know they had everything under control. When it was time to get them to the back porch, they were patient as I shifted to a work call to them and then back to the work call.
