What I found was unacceptable: Dust remained on top of the microwave--undisturbed across multiple visits. Dog hair and debris were left under the kitchen table, and the floor was still sticky. The carpet in the dog's room appeared untouched. These are not minor oversights--they are clear signs that large portions of the home are being missed. Your company promotes exceptional ratings, but upon closer review, there appears to be a pattern: customers are satisfied with initial deep cleans, but ongoing weekly services decline in quality. Unfortunately, that has been exactly my parents' experience. My parents paid $140 for a partial cleaning of their home, yet based on what was actually completed, the service delivered was nowhere near that value. We scheduled a "Move-In" clean. The cleaners were really nice when they got there. We returned a few hours later to what I can only describe as it literally looked like no one cleaned anything- aside from using stainless steel cleaner on the fridge and stove. There was dust everywhere, flies in the windowsills, old food/grease behind the refrigerator, markings/grime/dirt on the walls, marks on the floor, grime in the cabinets, and one of our outlets was hanging sideways. I am being completely honest and not even trying to embellish this- it was horrifying. I called to let them know all of this. I offered pictures and described into detail everything that was missed. They told me "we don't clean walls, "we don't pull out refrigerators," and "we don't move outlets...?" Why/how would this be a "move-in" cleaning if you don't clean these things?? How did the outlet just get to be that way?? Anyway, they offered to do a "re-clean" or to refund me only PARTIALLY. I opted for the re-clean. They sent the same people and we were worried... for good reason. We went back and the only thing that was "re-cleaned" was behind the fridge. Excuse me? They claim to be "meticulous" and have a "100% guarantee." I'd like to see that. I really am not trying to be a "Karen" but this is really unacceptable for a $300 job. I am completely disappointed and shocked. Please spend your money somewhere else.
