Fast forward to date and time of supposed canceled appointment a sales rep showed up unannounced. He asked if I had been sent a confirmation e-mail/calendar invite and I had not. He then proceeded to ask me about our current cleaning company. I explained what they were doing and then HE ASKED ME WHAT THEY COULD DO BETTER. I'm sorry isn't the job of the sales person to be able to tell my company what your company can do better than my current cleaning company. He then proceeded to get an attitude with me. I do not recommend this company to anyone. No matter what price they come back with odds are I will not be using them. I value my time and they did not respect my companies or my time.
