Two guys came out 2 days in a row and had the same problem with the machine. A more experienced guy came out later in the day with a different machine and went over two rooms that had left spots after spraying. He did hallway upstairs and I told him to forget the other two rooms because at this point half of my day was gone. I was satisfied with the way the carpet looked. We were still charged the $78 with no compensation for my time wasted for one morning and one half of a day with two inexperienced employees. Also, they parked their trucks in my driveway and on street in front of house and left several oil stains. Who's gonna get that out?!?The next day I called the office bc the spots from the pretreat were visible again and bc no one bothered to contact me about this inconvenience. I was told they couldn't discount anything and that I was satisfied when they left... I wasn't about to explain to a carpet person that after the carpet dried I saw spots again. I was told if there were any issues Becky would call me. Never got a call. A new gentleman shows up today and tries to charge us $70. So I call again. My husband was home, thankfully this was also caught on our cameras, Rocky called the gentleman who then replied to Rocky, "oh ya I remember that incident, that was messed up we lost one of our really good guys & he was just trying to save her money." Really? If he was such a good guy then why was he fired? If he was such a good employee why was he fraudulently taking money on his cashapp instead of having customers pay the company? Completely inappropriate behavior! I can't believe Rocky allowed him to respond that way. My husband was very uncomfortable after that. Never ever using this company again. Absolutely completely unprofessional. It only took him 15 minutes to clean our carpets and he didn't even attempt to dry them.

One example is a 10 x 13 heavy wool rug in my living room. I've had it since 2010. About 8 years ago, my dog chewed a hole in it. They repaired it so perfectly, I still can't find the repair. I have two Standard Aussies and this rug has seen it all. This past week, they cleaned stains I never expected to come out. It looks like new and I couldn't be happier. After seeing ProSteam's great ratings on Angie's List for air duct cleaning, I called and was greeted warmly from the receptionist. She was helpful in providing a reasonable time for someone to come out to quote. We were getting our 2 HVAC units completely replaced so we wanted the air vents and ducts to be as clean as can be for the new systems. I received a call when they were 10-20 minutes out and they came out right on time. Two gentlemen (can't remember their names) were very friendly in providing us the free quote. After a thorough walk through, they worked up the pricing and we decided then and there to have them give us a call to schedule the service. This was on a Friday and sure enough on Monday, I received a prompt call to schedule the service to be done. They were able to get me in right before we were getting the A/C replaced so it was a clean as possible for the new units. Our appt. was set for between the hours of 4pm-7pm. Again the service tech called when he was on his way out. He arrived promptly at 4pm. Antoine was very friendly and also wearing a mask for those worried about how they handle Covid. He also wore little booties over his shoes to stay clean throughout the house. For being by himself, he knocked out the job in 2 hours. My husband and I were impressed! Then confirming and further communications via text messaging was also very smooth. I had no human contact or interchange, until my technician arrived. Typically this would have bothered me, but it worked and everything was done well. My technician called before his arrival to alert me that he was on his way. When I scheduled my appointment, it was for the window of 12 PM - 3 PM. Shawn L was arrived at the beginning of the appointment window and was done and gone by 1:30 PM. When he arrived, I walked him through the rooms I needed done and pointed out the problem areas. I needed their "pet treatment". I tried to do a dog rescue and it did not work out, so I had areas that needed some extra care. I was totally impressed when he was finished cleaning the problem areas. There was stains left and the odor had vanished. Even a couple days later, the odor was still absent. The living room which had no problem areas, looked as good as the day it was originally laid. It was nice to see that they had and used protective coverings for the corners in my home. Zerorez really cares about your home and do their best to protect it. Shawn L., was super professional and polite. His politeness reminded me of the boys on, Leave It To Beaver. It was a politeness that you just don't see anymore and it was pleasing to see. We didn't have stains so that was a plus being a low traffic living area. If you use our water to clean the carpets wear did the dirty water go? This method to is seems like water is used in the machine to wet the carpet while the machine combs the carpet fibers. Like water vacuuming. After the floors dried the carpet felt hard and we are use to soft fluffy especially after a cleaning. For the amount spent, I'll go back to the previous steaming carpet methods in future .
