Unfortunately we had to pull up our flooring and do some demolition to our walls to access all the water but they did that in less than a few hours . They would ask if they could leave some equipment behind, so they did not have to drag it around, and then charge me for it being stored at my house. Also, they never quoted a price until they found out how much insurance was covering. When they found that out they got a contract out to us at the end of the work instead of upfront. I feel that they took advantage of a situation and inflated their prices knowing how much insurance would cover. I would never recommend or even come close to using this company ever again.

Tile job in bath is not level. Master shower tile is not even and when asked to redo it they simply said it was because the wall was uneven. (They had it down to the studs and put wall up so they should have addressed it then) and when we let them know we would like to have a different contractor finish the work, they called us "difficult customers" and said they could re-do it if we'd like but it was "good enough". If we could give zero stars, we would. After finally navigating through contract issues with them, they decided instead of re-doing the work for us, they were going to part ways and had us a sign a contract to do so. After all was said and done, we found a leak under the bathroom sink. These guys didn't put back the p trap correctly. It's not even connected! Just sheer laziness and sloppy work all the way around.
