Linda's team did a great job for us in getting our house ready to sell. Adrian, one of her long time cleaners, was exceptional! If you are looking for a good, honest and fair cleaning service, I would highly recommend them. God Bless, Rob W read more

Warning! I scheduled a deep cleaning and specifically requested an in-person quote. Mikayla declined, saying they base quotes on property details pulled from a website. She provided a quote based on that info (square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms), and I approved it quickly since we had just spoken. My fault for not catching the limited scope. I had agreed to pay by the hour, so I'm not sure why they were so inflexible about cleaning the entire space. When the cleaners arrived, they told me they were only cleaning the main level and not the upstairs. I called to resolve the issue and requested they clean the full area, but instead I was told I wasn't a "good fit," and the cleaners were pulled from the job. I was also falsely accused of yelling, though I was speaking in a normal tone. Very frustrating and unprofessional experience -- I do not recommend this service. read more

Absolutely awful service! I had to pay for TWO rounds of cleaning and they still didnt do a good job. Dust and dirt left everywhere. They originally quoted me 6hrs of work. They ended up charging me for teo days of work and still did not complete the job. When this issue was brought to their attention they just kept saying the very few pictures that the cleaners took looked good. The rest of the house however was AWFUL! Do not waste your money! Wasted hundreds of dollars for nothing. read more

Do not use this cleaning service. We scheduled a move-in deep clean. They missed so many obvious areas, like bathroom floors, carpeted rooms, and closets. Over priced and over promised. read more

I was very disappointed overall with this company. I hired them for a deep clean because I hadn't had a clean in quite a while. I explained that there was quite a bit of dust but everything else was pretty normal. I was quoted a price that included a discount for a Memorial Day promotion, and schedule the clean. Five people showed up the day of the clean and I assumed that everything would be done properly. I had a large collection that I had mentioned should be dusted. But when they arrived I decided to have them pass on that because it would be so time consuming. After the clean I looked around and saw that there were areas that had been completely missed. I also received an invoice that exceeded the quoted amount by about $100. I contacted the person with whom I originally had spoken and who quoted the price and express my dissatisfaction at the quality of the clean and asked why the price was not as quoted. It took almost 3 weeks of waiting to hear from her that I finally called. She said that they had called her and said that there was more to clean than they anticipated and that's why the price was higher than quoted. I reminded her that my collection was not done at my request, which had been part of the original quote. She also had forgotten that I had expressed dissatisfaction with the clean and that large areas were missed so she volunteered to have someone come the following day and finish that up. Two people showed up they did a good job completing the clean in less than an hour. I don't appreciate the fact that a price was quoted as a promotion to get me as a customer and then was not honored. It's also very disappointing that after that experience and after speaking with my contact a few times she didn't even bother to follow up after the second clean to see if it was done to my satisfaction. Basically it appears that they don't want repeat customers, just initial victims to get a clean. I would give them one star. read more

As other reviews here attest, this company is unreliable and unprofessional. After years as their faithful customers, they quit responding to us or corresponding to us as needed. They accused of us not paying for services two different times; both times, we provided proof that we HAD paid--but got no acknowledgment or apology. We have now cancelled our services--no response to that--but have not gotten our house key back from their office, despite repeated requests. read more

Dakota did a great job on my home today! she took her time. Paid attention to detail.

This company is terrible! We had a cleaner come out out to our house for a deep clean, we have cameras throughout our entire house. She sat on her phone for 5.5 hours & never cleaned a thing. She messaged me after 5 hours & said she was only able to do one bedroom and would have to come another day. I refused to pay a single dollar. read more

We had this company for months and it was at a time I was re-cooperating from major surgery. The last day they were there was the day 2 necklaces we missing. I went into the shower and took them off prior to go in there and when I got out the cleaners had finished and had left. The necklaces were gone too. It took me several days for me to call their office because I thought they would turn up. Thought maybe I had put them elsewhere. My Nursing Assistant and I turned this house up side down. They were gone. When speaking with Linda she was rude and told me I would have to talk with the girls that came that day. She told me she could not discuss this with them and she was not responsible. What! What does insured and bonded mean exactly? One necklace was a 14 kt with a nice sized diamond. The other was a Lady Liberty gold coin and a really nice gold chain that I had inherited. It made my stomach turn over when I even thought about this after they disappeared. I felt so stupid calling the police after my not calling them immediately. The delay in speaking to Linda had gone on too long and I really feel Linda could have been nicer and less defensive. Linda will try to discredit me but that is her MO. It needed to be figured out. I was out thousands. If you use them, and feel they do a good job let me leave you with 2 words, NANNY CAMS. read more

I called for someone to come out and clean my basement. My first call was on a Friday. I was told someone would be out the next Monday or shortly thereafter. I got a call Monday saying they were busy that day. I called for status the next Friday and was given a cold response and told good luck with finding someone. What is up with that? Very unprofessional. read more

I had Linda Rombach cleaning service clean my house every 4 weeks beginning in March 2018 for a total of 7 cleanings. Of those 7, 3 had to be re-scheduled because the employee was sick or her car had broken down. In addition, on one of those occassions, a different employee cleaned my house who hardly cleaned and left before the 3 hours cleaning time had elapsed (my husband works from home so he knew when she arrived and departed). So the percentage of no-show cleanings that were scheduled is 42%. The percentage of poor performance was 14%. When the one employee did show, she did a fantastic job but I need someone I can depend on a consistent basis. I did receive a refund for the poor cleaning job, but when I informed the owner I would no longer use her company, she didn't really seem to be that concerned. read more

Rachel cleans our home bi-weekly. I can't say enough how amazing she is! She is truly is a lifesaver for a couple that works long hours and needs someone who is a true professional that can be counted on to show up on time and tackle a job head on. Let me say...NOTHING gets by Rachel! When you walk in the door there is no guessing if she has been by. Everything is sparkling and smells amazing. The admin at the office is flawless and everyone you come in contact with are true professionals. Thank you Rachel for keeping us ahead of the dust bunny mafia! read more

Had used them for the last couple years and had been consistent, although not perfect. Recently our cleaner went out on pregnancy leave and other cleaners were brought in, that is when it got inconsistent, our cleaner did return for a short time and it was fine until late November when she left for good. During this period one of the cleaners used the tile cleaner on the basement wood floor making it slick. Before we could clean it up I came down the stairs and fell onto my hip and bruised it. At that point the cleaning became intolerable, at one point a cleaner showed up for just over an hour, did not vacuum, left cleaning solution in the master bathroom tub, and did not clean the hard floors. After going back and forth with Linda saying they would improve, we were scheduled for a cleaning and no one was able to show up as they have lost more cleaners. At that point we decided to cancel our service. The communication with the office has declined and the staff does not follow through. read more

We have used Linda Rohmbach for weekly service for several years, and our current housekeeper Katie is just fantastic!! Her work is impeccable and she is a genuine sweetheart. Our whole family -- especially our dog -- has enjoyed getting to know her. In the past we have used single housekeepers vs. an agency, but we really enjoy the office providing a backup in the case of an emergency so that we don't have a break in service. As an aside, these back ups have always commented on what an excellent job Katie does! The office has always been very responsive when we've needed an extra pre-event cleaning, which I also appreciate. I'd definitely recommend Linda Rohmbach Cleaning LLC and especially Katie! 5 stars! read more

We love our cleaner, Tina. She always does an excellent job and we look forward to coming home on days she cleans to a spotless house! She is very personable and frequently leaves a little treat for our little ones. I've used other cleaning companies in the past, but Linda Rombach's is the most reasonably-priced, consistently high quality, and professional cleaning company I've experienced. Tina is a huge part of why we love this company and continue to utilize them. Keep up the great work, Tina! read more

Very poor and inconsistent service. Employees have questionable ethics and they don't do what they commit to cleaning. I would not recommend this company unless you get a commitment from the owner to audit and quality assure he work. read more
