They have a strange system of cleaning half one week then the other half the next week. So I chose monthly cleaning and my home was never fully cleaned. They dust the some of the furniture but not what is on the furniture. If it looks clean they don't touch it. Like my bath tub. I was very unhappy with their service. They are extremely expensive, too. Not using them again. read more

I was looking for some extra help after welcoming a baby. The high Google reviews on this company are incredibly misleading. There was no attention to detail. (Corners weren't vacuumed, only some of the counters were wiped down, mirrors were half cleaned, etc) The first two cleans are incredibly expensive. I thought this was the case because it requires more work to start out but I really think it's because they want as much money as possible before you decide to cancel. The two people cleaning my home weren't properly trained. A toilet overflowed on the second floor and they had no idea what to do. Water was left to run for a significant amount of time. It ruined the floor in the bathroom, went 12 feet from the toilet to the bedroom carpet, and went into a vent. The water in the vent ruined the ceiling on our lower floor. They finally went to get my husband and he fixed the issue in seconds. Unfortunately the water had already caused hundreds of dollars worth of damage. I called the company because I was shocked at what had happened and I was laughed at. I was really hoping they would help me feel some relief about my house after a bout of postpartum depression but this whole experience has been terrible. This company works very hard to please their clients. We've currently used this service for more than 2 years and have also used them in the past. I decided to review based on the latest cleaning I had because it was extraordinary. We are currently remodeling/repainting our master bedroom and bathroom. There was a lot of dust from the sanding of walls, etc. We were extremely pleased with the thorough cleaning of all! This was not even supposed to be the focus of this clean, but it was immaculate and not a spec of dust... even the baseboards were cleaned. This was the second cleaning since the covid-19 crisis put everyone on hold. We appreciate their attention to detail and the ethical way they do business. The use of nontoxic cleaning supplies makes my life so much better, since I have asthma and I'm allergic to harsh chemicals. Keep doing the great work!
