Not a very customer oriented Company. They canceled my bi weekly cleaning after 4 plus years…read morebecause I sent them a text stating I was not happy with my service on the day they cleaned my house. The person cleaning only cleaned the tops of my furniture and not the fronts. I would think it should all be dusted. (I guess not though) My floors hard wood still had dusty spots as well under the furniture. They did send someone to correct it, but the next day I received an email stating they were canceling my service. If I'm paying $190 to have my house cleaned, I should not have to go behind the person and clean what they had missed. It's their loss not mine. Lots of other companies out there.

She provided a quote based on that info (square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms), and I approved it quickly since we had just spoken. My fault for not catching the limited scope. I had agreed to pay by the hour, so I'm not sure why they were so inflexible about cleaning the entire space. When the cleaners arrived, they told me they were only cleaning the main level and not the upstairs. I called to resolve the issue and requested they clean the full area, but instead I was told I wasn't a "good fit," and the cleaners were pulled from the job. I was also falsely accused of yelling, though I was speaking in a normal tone. Very frustrating and unprofessional experience -- I do not recommend this service.

The first clean they did was mediocre at best which is disappointing with how expensive their services are. But if that wasn't enough, they cannot be counted on to meet their own appointment times. They no-showed an appointment and they didn't even know they no-showed it until I called them and received a pitiful excuse that they are having staffing issues. Afterward, I decided that I didn't need to pay for a service that cannot be counted on and they saw fit to charge me another $100+ since I wasn't continuing on the monthly plan.
