He responded to my review quickly, made sure everything was right, apologized and ensured me they want their customers to be happy and sent me an Amazon gift card. While it's still upsetting that I had to go through all that, I was happy that the experience I had was being taken seriously and handled professionally. Original: I hired this company based on reviews and I am very disappointed that I did. I have had nothing but problems with them. No communication, weeks on end of getting the work done, told they would contact me but then just showed up finally to do it without any notice that they would be on my property. I had to use my video surveillance to see what day they showed up. Now they have double charged me for the work. I would not recommend them.

GREAT WORK & CUSTOM SERVICE!!!…read more Was in need of some quick leaf removal before our city street sweepers came through to vacuum them up - got a phone call on Sunday from Andrew and he was super cool, set a quick day/time and came over to knock it out. We have a rather large backyard and he went all the way to the back of the fence line and started blowing them into piles - it looked amazing when he was finished! The owner emailed over the invoice with a nice message asking if my wife & I were satisfied with the finished products and everything. Just randomly found this company on Yelp, but would highly recommend them! Thanks again Andrew!

The receptionist was a good first impression of the company. The guy who came out was amazing. I was so impressed by him. He called 2 days in advance and said that he might be able to come out even earlier than the appointment. Score! The day I was scheduled for was rainy. I almost thought they might cancel due to the weather conditions, but nope! My guy called and came out earlier than scheduled (which worked well for me). It was rainy, but without any doubt he pulled out his ladder and got to work. He diagnosed, corrected and filled me in on the problem in less than 10 minutes. He was also just so up-right and friendly!! It was like he were a worker from an idealized 1950s. And even though it was raining and he had other appointments to get to, he offered to give me an estimate on installing gutter guards. He measured every gutter around my house and garage and then got my email so he could send me the formal estimate. It came later that day. Such impressive service! I will definitely be using WCC for all my roofing and gutter needs. Fantastic company and employees!

I had old gutters removed and new ones installed. They were installed incorrectly and pitch heavily upward so that any spill over will leak directly into my home. I will now have to have gutters removed and issue corrected by another company for twice the original cost. I was advised that Scott-Lee Guttering Company does not do any carpentry work, which is in no way advertised on their website or communicated during the job. I recommend avoiding and finding a company that is upfront with their customers with what must be done to correctly perform their service instead of acting like there is no issue and doing a job incorrectly to simply get it done. I've learned the hard way, don't repeat my mistake.
