I was under the impression that these were direct employees of his, his crew. Basically he was acting as a general contractor that hired another company or hired some people looking for work. Not really sure here. I realize I made some changes, but they were clear and written in a revised proposal. I didn't want the doors painted, then I got a phone call that they were painted. Sure, he didn't charge me for this, but that is proper after all. I didn't want the trim painted, and paid for that, because I missed it in the proposal. My fault. They also painted the hardware for opening/closing the windows, those were metal and need the proper paint, I did have them take that off. The house didn't have flooring in, so I was asked about drop cloths, I said use them but don't worry too much about a few paint splatters. However, I did indicate that I wasn't removing the slate flooring and to be careful. Here is a big fail, many paint spots. He tried to have them clean it up. Now the floor is sticky, you can here the soles of your shoes and feel it too. He tried cleaning that up, when it wasn't done, he offered to do it again. I really felt he had done enough. I'm still trying to find a way to clean this up, because it's sticky any dust or what not sticks to it. It's really upsetting, as I loved this detail. I will look to bring in some professionals and see what this will set me back. There's also spots on the bathroom floors, which were also said that I wasn't removing. And those doors that were painted, they weren't dry and were closed, now that paint has popped off, so I have to touch that up, or maybe just start replacing doors. I realize also this review is a year since the work was done, I was in the middle of doing the rest of the work this last year. I almost considered them for doing the kitchen rehab. I really feel I dodged a bullet there. Noah, is a nice man, I think his intentions are good. However, the whole interior project was a mess, left me very frustrated, and I have projects left to do because of it. I don't think he checked up on the work as it was being done, and I don't think he looked at it after until I contacted him. Paint shouldn't have been on that slate, nor should you stick to your floor. I also had to point on paint spots on light fixtures, that should've been cleaned. Just no.

Several weeks later we were on vacation and we get a text from a neighbor tells us that there were some workers in our backyard. Oh - they came a week sooner than they told us they would. What the heck?! We come back and the wall looks not very good. This was not really their fault. Apparently the material in that part of the wall was different from the other part of the wall. If we were there while they were working we could have problem solved with them - maybe get some new material. But they did it when we weren't there, so that wasn't an option. And to top it off, they dumped some of the old wall over our fence, And dumped some gravel in our front yard. They did send someone out after we complained and gave us a small credit. Small solace. We have crappy looking wall. Very unprofessional company.

We have an older home in St. Louis County that we were getting ready to sell. We threw St. Louis Roofing and Exteriors on the list just because the reviews on Yelp seemed pretty good. Wow, were we impressed! We got a prompt call back and an estimator looked at the roof the next day. Our estimate was very detailed, offering several options. St. Louis Roofing and Exteriors had the best price and we really appreciated the fact that they didn't try to sell us a bunch of other things we really didn't need. Work on our roof was started fairly quickly and completed in an amazing 2-3 days. Our property was cleaned up thoroughly and we were happy. For a while. Then it rained and our new beautiful roof leaked. We called to complain and they got right back with us, came out quickly and worked on the roof some more. It was still leaking so they came out a second time and it's been dry as bone ever since. Is that great customer service, or what? No excuses, no arguments, they just got right on it and made it right. We've since moved to the Kansas City area or we would have them work on our home again in an instant! Lynn and Thom-picky customers, but completely satisfied.

They were hired to do the roof at my Condo association. They were told by my HOA rep not to block…read morethe accessible parking spot or ramp so I have access to my home, also they are disabled spots and shouldn't be used for construction anyway. I came home to my parking spot and ramp to enter my home blocked, I asked the construction worker to move the truck, he attempted to ignore me. I had to honk at him repeatedly and wait about 10 minutes to get them to move. I also found out my neighbor had told them to move as soon as they parked in the spot and they ignored them and parked illegally. The next day they knocked on my door 4 separate times while I worked from home trying to force me to move my car from my accessible spot to get out of there way even though the HOA rep had said nothing about people needing to move for them, and again not what accessible spots are made for. Construction on the project got delayed 5 days beyond there promised timeline. They were made aware I needed access and still blocked access, don't give excuses do better. Avoid this company if you don't want to be dissatisfied.

He was very timely in all our communications, worked very closely personally with the insurance company to get all work done, including all new building code updates. He was personally up on the roof of our home with the insurance company adjuster to make sure everything was pointed out and understood by the adjuster. The impact-resistant shingles were perfectly installed as well as sealing the furnace flue and fireplace flue. Great job removing all debris, including roofing nails.
