I'm not one who usually takes all reviews into account and making a decision as I know that there are two sides to every story. So it did not concern me when I saw the review about the invoice and this company not being paid for their services so I went ahead and made arrangements very important to me as I'm selling my house the timing is time sensitive. I made the appointment one week in advance. He confirmed the weekend prior then he no-showed and ghosted me. Not easy to find another vendor with only a 48 hour window left. In the future, I recommend if this vendor does not want to do services please decline or at least have the decency to cancel ahead of time so that people can make other arrangements. read more

Lukas was very nice and attentive when he was quoting us for a weekly clean of an office and shop facility. He was very quick to communicate our quote and respond to messages, and quoted us a great price. So, we hired ManMaid Cleaning service and arranged for the cleanings to be done on Tuesdays. The first Tuesday he came and did a great job; a few things were missed, but with a new cleaning service we expect that. The clean took longer than he had quoted us, but my boss (the owner of the company) stayed the whole time and helped with the cleaning. No payment terms were arranged prior to the clean, and when Lukas asked about payment, my boss told him that we typically pay on a monthly basis once an invoice has been submitted. There was no issue raised with that. The next Tuesday he did not show and would not answer calls or texts. We don't know what happened, there has been no communication. If this issue wouldn't have occurred, I would have recommended ManMaid Cleaning Service. Even if he would have called and said that he under-quoted the job, or that he just didn't want the job anymore, I would have understood; but to completely drop communication is uncalled for and completely unacceptable. read more
