He put me on the schedule for two day later, but messaged me the next day to ask if he could come that afternoon. So, service was quick! Dontae came on time, got set up and did a great job on my skylights! Because it only took about 20 minutes, he washed several other windows to fill in the time. He is a mother and son company, based in Collinsville Il. He does a lot of work on the Missouri side. With previous window cleaners, there were ladders and chemicals involved. Top Clean has a new system that involves neither. They have a 4 filter system that takes all the chemicals out of the equation, and believe it or not, the windows looked great with no chemicals or soaps involved. Screen cleaning is included in the price. Their extension pole system can reach 4 stories. They were all kind, considerate, and respectful of my property. I will be using them again!
