We threw St. Louis Roofing and Exteriors on the list just because the reviews on Yelp seemed pretty good. Wow, were we impressed! We got a prompt call back and an estimator looked at the roof the next day. Our estimate was very detailed, offering several options. St. Louis Roofing and Exteriors had the best price and we really appreciated the fact that they didn't try to sell us a bunch of other things we really didn't need. Work on our roof was started fairly quickly and completed in an amazing 2-3 days. Our property was cleaned up thoroughly and we were happy. For a while. Then it rained and our new beautiful roof leaked. We called to complain and they got right back with us, came out quickly and worked on the roof some more. It was still leaking so they came out a second time and it's been dry as bone ever since. Is that great customer service, or what? No excuses, no arguments, they just got right on it and made it right. We've since moved to the Kansas City area or we would have them work on our home again in an instant! I came home to my parking spot and ramp to enter my home blocked, I asked the construction worker to move the truck, he attempted to ignore me. I had to honk at him repeatedly and wait about 10 minutes to get them to move. I also found out my neighbor had told them to move as soon as they parked in the spot and they ignored them and parked illegally. The next day they knocked on my door 4 separate times while I worked from home trying to force me to move my car from my accessible spot to get out of there way even though the HOA rep had said nothing about people needing to move for them, and again not what accessible spots are made for. Construction on the project got delayed 5 days beyond there promised timeline. They were made aware I needed access and still blocked access, don't give excuses do better. Avoid this company if you don't want to be dissatisfied.

I entered into a contract on April 8, 2025, with CRSS for storm damage repairs to my home…read more It has now been more than seven months since the contract was signed, and no work has been performed, nor have any materials been delivered or installed. I have exercised my right to terminate the contract. Because no services were rendered and no a substantiated expenses were incurred, I've exercised my right to terminate the contract and have requested a full refund which also includes my deductible. There has been a seven-month delay caused by CRSS's refusal to move forward with the repairs as requested by my Insurance company. My insurance company confirmed they would accept photos of a repair that did not match and would submit them for review toward a full replacement. Despite this, no progress has been made on the siding or gutters, leaving my home in disrepair and an eyesore to the neighborhood. The siding has been removed on two separate occasions for samples and has yet to be replaced As communicated by phone on August 13, 2025, I requested completion of the project before the end of September 2025 to avoid HOA fines. It is now November 1, 2025 and still nothing is done. He refuses to return my money and feels like he is owed 40% of the money I paid up front. Nothing, absolutely NOTHING is stated in my contract that he is owed money when nothing is done. The insurance company asked for specific photos, those were not given and they requested a second time to be able to move forward. It's apparently mine and the insurance companies fault that he was not able to do his job the first time of getting the photos. And lastly when I asked why things were still not moving forward, he told me that now he needed someone from the insurance company to show him where the damages are! I don't know how it went from the initial scope of multiple people seeing the damages to now, not being able to see them and needing the insurance to come out to show him where they are. I requested to have my money by October 31, and here November 1, NOTHING! I'm sorry that I got involved with this company.
