I put in an emergency call at 10:30pm and they responded informing me what they would do and said that they would be on the scene the next morning. The plumber cleared the blockage and the ACT FAST crew took over from there. So many things needed to happen and happen fast so that my home didn't become seriously or permanently moldy and musty. There was no way that I could have moved and saved the huge amount of contents that I had stored in my basement, besides the cleaning and stripping of contaminated building materials. The owners were on site and made certain that all of my concerns were addressed and attended with very careful attention. Their crew was top notch.
