The next afternoon he was here with an estimate for the repair, as well as an estimate for a complete roof if I decided to replace the whole roof at a later date (which I will be doing in the spring). My husband was home, thankfully this was also caught on our cameras, Rocky called the gentleman who then replied to Rocky, "oh ya I remember that incident, that was messed up we lost one of our really good guys & he was just trying to save her money." Really? If he was such a good guy then why was he fired? If he was such a good employee why was he fraudulently taking money on his cashapp instead of having customers pay the company? Unfortunately we had to pull up our flooring and do some demolition to our walls to access all the water but they did that in less than a few hours .
