I would love to give them a good rating and I am normally very easy to please, but they have bad customer service. The technician, Andrew, came out and did a great job on 2 of the rooms and the sectional, but did not clean the third room. When he was leaving and taking my credit card info, I asked him if it was clean too and he said "yes". But upon further inspection, the floor was not damp. There were outdoor seed pods on the side of one room and obviously the carpet was still soiled in the regular path way. There was a thread coming out of one of the carpets that he said would need to be removed (and he would do it) because the machine would suck it up. Guess what?? Still there. When I have someone in my house I keep an eye on them and I did not see him in that area at all. He was cleaning the big area floor and then he was "all of the sudden" done. I think he skipped it because it is a very dark brown carpet and he thought I wouldn't notice. I called and talked to the office about it and they sent someone out named Chad. Chad came by when I was not home, but he basically told my son it was clean (How in the world could he tell??? The carpet is dark brown and he wasn't even at the house!!! ) They did nothing to fix it, and he could have done it in maybe 30 minutes and had a happy customer! Soooooo, when I got home June 7th, I called Chad and left a message on his phone and called and left a message with the answering service, asking for a manager. It is now Tuesday and still no word. Although they DID charge my card for the full amount! Steer clear of the company if at all possible!!! read more

I recently moved in to a house that used to have dogs and the carpets smelled pretty bad, so I called True Clean and made an appointment. They came to my house and cleaned 3 rooms. My technician, Andrew, was very prompt and very friendly. He arrived early and finished quickly. Extremely happy with their service. I would absolutely recommend! They cleaned my carpet. It really needed a lot of work and they left it like new. I was a little worried at first because mistakenly I booked them during a time that I was going to be abroad. I left my keys with my neighbor and they did their work without any supervision. All I can say is that I have no complaints. I'm very pleased with the quality of their work and how detail oriented they are. "True Clean Carpet" did an excellent job with the carpets that were cleaned and sanitized. "Brandon," the technician, was professional, friendly, and got right to work. The carpets also dried in under two hours, as they state (for most carpets), after the tech was finished. I wanted a cleaning done that did "not" utilize any chemicals or any unpleasant smelling cleansing formula that lingers. I was pleased with my experience here. My technician was Mike. He was super friendly and on time. He even gave me a call when he was about 20-30 minutes away to let me know he would be there soon. The carpets look good, and it only took a few hours to do the several large rooms and steps I had. There were a few stains that didn't come out, but I didn't expect a miracle on those--I'm realistic. But Mike did work on the stains and gave me his best opinion on why they didn't come out. He even got down on the floor to smell one of the stains to see if it had any lasting odor. (it didn't) But that's an extra step I wouldn't normally expect. I would note, the 2-hour drying time is probably a best-case scenario or for a very short-shag rug. I would make sure you plan to give it much more than that amount of time. Overall I am very pleased with my experience. And the technician couldn't have been friendlier or more accommodating. I have to say that my husband and I were very happy with the work and service of True Clean Carpet. We had our carpets cleaned years ago by Stanley Steamer and it was a terrible experience: our entire house smelled like a mix of dog hair and chemicals, for weeks! We were dreading that experience again and put it off for far too long. I explained all of this to True Clean Carpet when I called to schedule a cleaning. The technician that came to my house, on a Saturday and on time, knew about my discussion with the office and took the time to address and explain my concerns. He took his time on heavier soiled areas and used an odorless solution that, he explained, is so safe, he could drink it. My carpets look so much better! We wish we had called them much sooner and won't hesitate to call them in the future! Great service and great work for a fair price, what more can you ask? read more

We've enver had our carpets cleaned by True Clean but the next time we're in need, I definitely will and here's why: As a small business owner myself I know that many companies out there are horrible at customer service so when we called with something totally unrelated, we were very thankful that the gentleman we spoke to was more than helpful and respectful. One of their service techs lives near our neighborhood and had been parking right in front of our home and our street has very limited parking so it was becoming an issue when we couldn't even park on our own street. We realized when we called that yes, it's a public street and technically their van could be parked there but we SO appreciated the manager we spoke to was very helpful and understood that we just wanted to find a solution. He assured us that he would take care of it and actually DID! And then called back week later to make sure that it wasn't happening again! I know that has nothing to do with carpet but when a company goes above and beyond for something like that, I can imagine how well they take care of their customers! Thank you True Clean!! read more

The carpets are clean and beautiful. This is a great value for the money and the technician (Chris) was friendly and professional. When I first had the carpets cleaned I gave them a 5 star rating for the excellent job and technician. But now I have experienced no service after the sale and would like to amend my rating to Zero stars. After the carpets were cleaned we had spots come back. We have repeatedly called the company to speak with the owner but the woman that answers the phone will not let us speak with him. It is like "too bad, so sad!". It is sad that one person is ruining what could be a good business if the customers were treated right. read more

I have heard such wonderful things about this company, so I was really disappointed when they did such a mediocre job on my basement carpets. We'd been noticing a smell in the basement that was musty after the record rains in June, so we decided to get the carpets cleaned to make sure it wasn't the carpet. The guys that came out told me right away they were unsure if cleaning the carpets would get rid of the musty smell, which I understood. They used the Microban cleaner which is supposed to eliminate mold in the carpet, something we thought was possible. I was also told it might not save our carpet if there were mold, which I also understood. Another reason I was having the carpets done is because I have 3 dogs, and they shed and make the carpets gross, as pets often do. There was one spot where there was dog urine and we had thrown baking soda down to absorb the scent/urine. After True Clean left, there was still baking soda on my carpet! How is it possible my little Hoover can clean up baking soda, but the pros couldn't get it off the carpet? The carpet didn't look any cleaner, and even with the Microban special cleaner, the carpet is still musty smelling *(I understand a damp basement can produce mold, and that if the carpet were molded, we would not be able to save it by cleaning; but this was not the case, as the carpet is not molded). I was really disappointed that I paid as much as I did, and the carpet is still crusty feeling in places, and there is still baking soda spots that I had to clean myself. Probably wouldn't use these guys again, as I feel they rushed the job and didn't do what I paid them to do. read more
