My husband was home, thankfully this was also caught on our cameras, Rocky called the gentleman who then replied to Rocky, "oh ya I remember that incident, that was messed up we lost one of our really good guys & he was just trying to save her money." Really? If he was such a good guy then why was he fired? If he was such a good employee why was he fraudulently taking money on his cashapp instead of having customers pay the company? The team was able to help us create a plan to identify the source of the water and get it dry quickly. Unfortunately we had to pull up our flooring and do some demolition to our walls to access all the water but they did that in less than a few hours . I was grateful they disposed of all the damage materials. It took a lot of equipment to get us back to dry but the noise was not too bad with our doors closed.
