His installers were on time and had to work extra hard because the shingles could not be loaded directly on the roof and the waste dumpster could not be brought close to the house due to our driveway layout and large trees. Josh worked to make sure we were pleased with the shingle selection and made special trips to our property to drag a magnetic rake across the lawn to pick up any remaining nails, even after the installers had done this when finishing the project. Our basement had just been finished the prior fall so seeing 70% of the freshly laid flooring being ripped up was traumatic. Greg and team were professional and compassionate to our situation. They worked with us and often around us (we both work from home, from the basement, the grossly water damaged basement). They left no board unturned to ensure they found the full extent of the damage so there would be no surprises later. Afterwards, they worked with me to ensure full compensation from my insurance company and were flexible while I awaited my insurance checks to come in so I could, in turn, pay ServPro for the wonderful work they did. We were still charged the $78 with no compensation for my time wasted for one morning and one half of a day with two inexperienced employees. Also, they parked their trucks in my driveway and on street in front of house and left several oil stains. Who's gonna get that out?!?The next day I called the office bc the spots from the pretreat were visible again and bc no one bothered to contact me about this inconvenience.
