Upon inspection discovered downspout was blocked with debris up to the gutter. Contract called for blow out of downspouts. It is clear that it was missed. Management took no responsibility. Was rude and dismissive. Mis-reported facts, and when that was pointed out, just didn't address the misstatements. Blamed owner for not properly maintaining downspout (?!). While it's still upsetting that I had to go through all that, I was happy that the experience I had was being taken seriously and handled professionally. Original: I hired this company based on reviews and I am very disappointed that I did. I have had nothing but problems with them. No communication, weeks on end of getting the work done, told they would contact me but then just showed up finally to do it without any notice that they would be on my property. I had to use my video surveillance to see what day they showed up. Now they have double charged me for the work. I would not recommend them.
